CJ is an amazing man. Very helpful and knowledgeable. But, they are closed for Vaca and my washer is leaking like crazy. What to do ???????????? Only had it 1 week. Started leaking a couple of days after I got it. ????????????

Everything was great!! CJ is the nicest guy, I wanted to give him a hug when we were leaving,,lol. Just got the used washer today so we hope it last a good while for us. Either way their customer service is second to none and I believe if there is an issue it will be taken care of with out a problem.

We are so pleased by the outstanding customer service from both CJ and Larry. We went to Excellent Appliance to buy a washer, and it was delivered and installed the same day by CJ and Larry. They stayed after hours just to ensure our washer was delivered as promised! I cannot say enough good things about Excellent Appliance and the incredible assistance from our salesperson, CJ. I was shopping for an extra refrigerator and went to Excellent Appliance in West Bridgewater for the first time.CJ was the sales person and was so very helpful, kind and he made my entire shopping experience great! Everything from walking into the store to the delivery was perfect. I will definitely go there next time I need an appliance and will refer others there as well.Thank you for everything!

After driving over expencting to buy a new/used dryer for a family member who's kenmore just broke, it was refreshing to speak with the two gentlemen working there who talked through what was wrong with the broken machine I was looking to replace.They could have just sold me another dryer but explained what what was probably wrong with it and even offered to fix it for me that day if I wanted to bring I down.I was able to fix the dryer on my own SAVING some $. These guys are as honest as it gets and you dont ever see that anymore. I will be back the next time because of how trustworthy these guys are. Plain and simple. And Thanks!

Lost our washer of 20 years and this was the first and only place we thought of going. They don't make machines or businesses like they used to make years ago. Wasn't there 15 minutes and had a like new machine that I'm sure will outlast one from the big stores. The owner delivered it within minutes and I was doing laundry that night. The owner was as professional as possible. Was happy to sit back and share a story or two and make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Would never go anywhere else.

JJ was very helpful and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers we wanted great quality for as cheap as we could get. We got stainless steel fridge, Stainless gas range, and a washing machine for under $2000, and they are all like new! Because we were buying so much, he gave us a huge discount on top of the already low prices! They give a warranty too for anyone skeptical of used appliances, no extra charge and will hold the appliances for up to a year. Inventory changes weekly so be sure to check back. We will definitely be back in the future. They also will buy appliances if you are looking to get rid of anything.
