My Miele vacuum decided to die while I’m in the middle of moving. I googled around and found electro vac. I took my vacuum in the next day, Jonathan was super knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. He originally said it would be back Monday or Tuesday but he called me Thursday saying it was already ready to be picked up! The price was more than fair for all the work he did. I don’t know if anyone in the west Bridgewater area will ever ask me for vacuum cleaner repair but if they do I’ll tell them to come here!
Edit: I used the vacuum today and I didn’t realize how poorly it had been working for so long, cleaning it out made the vacuum so much more affective it was incredible. He also did something so now when I use it there’s a nice fresh smell instead of stale vacuum cleaner smell. I’d give even more stars if I could.

After the 15 or 20 years I've had this yellow Dyson vac it wasn't picking anything up, the suction was gone and the beater brush wasn't turning as a result of the streched and worn belt. The hose I had temporarily repaired with gorrilla tape and the flters were original and old. After the resurrection process my machine was running like new, maybe good for another 20 years, I don't know but I was happy with the service and the cost I thought was fair too.

I used this company in the past and they were very helpful...then. I tried email and calling this company several times. No response to the emails and no one picks up the phone. I drove over there to find out if they had a belt for a vacuum. I had all the necessary information. The brand, the serial number and part number. When I got there, there were no customers in the building. A grubby looking guy comes out from out back. I give him the paper with all the information on it. He barely looks at it and tells me he would need the belt to see if they have it. I tell him I have the part number since I know he didn't look at my paper. He tells me it doesn't matter. This gentleman didn't want to work and didn't want to try. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The owner, Johnathan O'Keefe, is a craftsman in the art of vacuum repair! He was able to repair my older vacuum with no problem. He understands the value of quality work at a fair price. If you need your vacuum repaired he is the guru to go to!

Best place to bring your vacuums for repairs - great job, expert repairs and return time fast. They even put a sticker on your merchandise when you need a checkup. They also repair sewing machine!

Found this place almost by mistake after going to another place in New Bedford who wanted $150 to fix a vacuum that I bought for $120. Then they wanted to sell me a vacuum there cost over $3000. Was just about to throw the vacuum away when I found this place who repaired it at a reasonable price.

I can't say enough good things about the service we got at Electro-vac. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and friendly and explains everything you want to know. His service is second to none. It's wonderful to find someone these days who takes pride in his work. My daughter says her vacuum cleaner came back looking like new and never worked so well. I plan to bring my sewing machine in for a tune-up, too. Great place!

Best experience ever! Jonathan is great! He got my vacuum fixed as a rush because I had a Christmas party coming up! I had previously brought it elsewhere bc i didn't know about Electro-vac and they sent it home to me more broken! In less than 24 hrs Jonathan had it up and running better than I ever remember it running! Very impressed!

Absolutely the best experience ever! Jonathan saved my christmas! Had a broken Dyson right before a Christmas party. I have a dog and a cat that shed like it's their mission in life as well. I rushed my vacuum to a vacuum place in Braintree simply because it came up first in my Google search. They had the thing for more than a week and then gave it back to me broken and when I went back they told me they had to order the same part again. I demanded my money back and left. My parents brought the vacuum to Jonathan at Electro-vac for me and explained what had happened and that I needed it by the end of the week or I would have to buy another one. He told them not to worry that he would get it fixed for me. And he did! Within 24 hours! And not only that but he checked everything gave it a tune-up and deodorized it. He was super nice to my parents, they were both very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism & said they couldn't wait to find something to bring to him to fix LOL And I have to say, my vacuum must have been half-broken for a lot longer than I thought because when I vacuumed the house it was like a different machine. I couldn't even believe it!
