Lady at the window was rude and overall nasty to deal with this morning. Will not use this location again don't need to be spoken to like I'm a nuisance when it's YOUR JOB to work with the public. Real shame do better cvs get rid of this nasty worker.

Very trufe at the pharmacy I pick up a prescription they give me the same prescription twice when I when they for the order one one lady was very loud and rude never give me the he other prescription and didn’t answer my question didn’t want to help either

Older lady at the pharmacy with the long gray hair and glasses is extremely rude. Um, it's not my fault CVS keeps messing up my prescriptions! The last thing I want is to be treated as incompetent over the company's own mistakes (which, may I add, happen WAY too often), especially when I have always been patient with all of their silly excuses. I used to enjoy this pharmacy; now it's unfortunate to deal with rude staff who NEVER know where my prescriptions are.

Jennifer was the employee who processed my purchase. She was so smart and so wonderful! She is an asset to your facility! Very customer service oriented! This is a rare quality in this day and age! Hopefully you treat her with much respect and retain her services as a representative of your company!

I visited the CVS on 2 West Centre St in West Bridgewater & this will Forever be my favorite store!!! And Only if clerk Isaiah is available!! He was Extremely Helpful & Knowledgeable of every product in the store!!!! I will Always look for him & enjoy being a customer with him around!! Very nice young man!!

GPT SCAMMED AT CVA West Bridgewater, Ma. for Covid tests. Asked & found them at the front counter spent $49.00,Was not made aware they were no-charge at the pharmacy. then found out "you cannot return covid tests" Manager: Sorry the person who sold them was probably un aware about pharmacy & reimbursement Obviously would rather the no-charge than spend $49.00. Went to Walgreens ( where I switched all my family meds years ago )& was sent to the pharmacy I FELT RIPPED OFF LAUGHED AT & DEFINATELY SCAMMED THIS IS NOT RIGHT CVS SCAMMERS

Very rude at the pharmacy drive through. I was trying to ask questions about my prescription. The lady got very irate. She said that “it’s not my problem if you can’t understand” Then she stormed off and sent someone else. Total unprofessional.

Way better than cvs in Bridgewater the pharmacy at the west Bridgewater cvs actually has competent and polite staff. I appreciate having a pharmacist who is actually willing to answer questions and is professional and understanding.

Worst pharmacy around. Was just standing in line and when it’s my turn to check out they tell me they are closing 1:30-2pm for lunch break. 4 staff members on duty taking lunch at the same time only to shut down 3 hours later. You could have at least served the last person in line. There was no one else behind me. Terrible customer service.
