Central Glass was outstanding in terms of workmanship, professionalism and class. My initial contact was Chris Coffin and he was outstanding. It was explained to him about the issue that the glass window was cracked and when photos were sent over the assessment provided was accurate. The glass was dropped off in the early am and I was able to pickup in about 2 hours. The window looked great and Central Glass did a amazing job. I would highly recommend Central Glass. Thank you!

I would give Negative stars if I could….Absolutely horrible customer service and no respect towards customers.There is no follow up and no answers from them. They wasted my time. I requested a quote from them 2+ months ago and never heard back. When i call they say they are working on it and never call you back.

They made a mistake on quote and grossly UNDERCHARGED! They honored the quoted price! Very nice about the whole transaction. I will go there next time for glass just because they are both honorable and nice to deal with.

My husband and I used central glass for our gym and it was top notch service! Great communication through the ordering process, and fairly timely considering the delay in all material right now, they came and installed it this morning and it's perfect. So happy!

I used this place years ago for windshield replacement in my automobiles and had no complaints. I had to get a mirror replaced and found that they had moved. The receptionist waited on me promptly and politely and took care of bringing in the mirror. Two days later it was finished at a reasonable price. I'd definitely bring my business here again!

Considerate service. They helped load it and teach me how to take care of it. Just wish it would have come when they said it would-glass was delayed by 5 days, hence the -1 star. Would definitely use them again.
