Stacy, Drew, and the entire Canoe Club staff were nothing but exceptional throughout the entire process of our wedding. It is a long, somewhat overwhelming process, and they did nothing but calm us down and make us feel so at ease with everything. The actual wedding day went about as smoothly as we could have ever imagined, and it was truly a magical day. All that time spent worrying about little things when we really didn't need to, all thanks to the awesome staff at the Canoe Club! I would recommend the Canoe Club to anybody and everybody! Thanks for everything, Stacy!P.S. They also allow pets for the ceremony, so we were so happy we could have our buddy Rocky be a part of our special day!

The Canoe Club Ballroom (or CCB) is THE BEST place to have your wedding (or any event)! We had our wedding there in October 2023 and the staff go above and beyond, through the entire process, to make sure your day is perfect! The owner, Stacy, works directly with each couple, to make sure everything goes smoothly and exactly how the couple has requested. The gorgeous ballroom has been in her family since the 60s, and Stacy has done well keeping the place looking up to date, but still keeping that close-knit family feel! Stacy and her team were very trustworthy, honest, and easy going, making us feel right at home! Throughout the night, Stacy not only made sure we were covered, but every single one of our guests were having a good time and had everything they needed. Stacy's hard work and dedication allowed for us to have no issues during our ceremony and reception. When it comes to wedding planning, there are so many decisions needed to be made, and it was difficult to not get decision fatigue. When we did, we quickly would turn to the canoe club team who was always responsive and ready to give ideas, suggestions, and recommendations! They had very affordable wedding packages (or you could do an al la carte option) that simplified the entire wedding planning process. The Canoe club provided a preferred vendors list, that have all worked together for 10+ years, so they all knew how to work with the venue, each other and as a cohesive team. The CCB even condensed this list, by only sending us their vendors who were available for our wedding day! Days and hours leading up to the big day, we had some unexpected changes needed to be made for the reception. Without hesitation, Stacy and her team quickly made all adjustments we requested to put us at ease. On the big day itself, we were running a bit behind schedule and we started to panic. Without skipping a beat, once we finally arrived to the CCB, the staff had us lined up and ready to go right on time! We were baffled and pleasantly surprised. Not only did we not feel rushed but they continued to keep us on schedule throughout the entire night. During the night, they made sure we were able to enjoy ourselves, without being bombarded with questions and issues. They had constant communication amongst themselves to handle all situations so that we did not have to delegate the whole night. Guests continue to rave about how fun our wedding was, but really how amazing the staff were. Everyone noted how friendly, helpful, and professional every staff member was (including the vendors)! When you book the CCB, you MUST request working with Drew C (specifically for your bridal attendant)! Drew was our best friend for the night, keeping us and our bridal crew happy, taken care of, and without worry! He goes above an beyond to make sure he helps the bride and groom from the moment we arrived until we were leaving the property. He not only is super nice, but is so personable, helpful and reliable! We truly don't know how we would have made it through the day without Drew and Stacy! These two made our day even more special. Trust me, they will not disappoint! We can't recommend the Canoe Club enough!

I don't even know where to begin. I cannot put into words how amazing the Canoe Club Ballroom owner and staff have been to us. My son got married on 11/10/23 and everything was awesome!! Throughout the planning stage Stacy and crew were always so helpful and kind to answer any questions we had along the way. The CCB venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious and they have the timing of events so well planned that everything went perfect! Every step from the very first tour, taste testing event and final appointment were all very enjoyable to attend. The staff's goal is to make your wedding day perfect and they succeeded with us and we cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend the CCB!!

Nice venue, food was good. Only complaint was the alcohol was extremely expensive for a drink.was charged $18 for a shot of grey goose. WOW thats alittle over the top.All I can say is adjust your prices

Excellent experience hosting my daughter's wedding. Everything went smoothly, the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. I can't say enough at how much the staff, and owner did to make our special night a magical, and easy experience.

My sister just got married here this past weekend. The staff were absolutely amazing- they attended to every detail, made sure everyone, not just the bridal party, were doing well, and prioritized the guest's experience. Matt was so great- he made sure we all were comfortable and had what we needed- any issues that arose he just solved quickly and without any stress. They truly understand what is needed to make the wedding day perfect for the bride and groom and everyone else as well. There was one moment I recall especially where I had to fix my sister's dress bustle- they got us the supplies and we just used a room nearby to sew it up real quick. There were staff in there making sure other things were in order and I told them not to worry, they could go about their duties. And I truly meant that. But Stacy very discretely and respectfully asked them to just step out while we attended to the dress issue- I heard her whisper something like, "let them have some time on their own." And I realized that this was the first and only time I had been able to be with my sister alone the entire day. We talked for a minute while I sewed her up- nothing major, but it is one of the moments of the whole day that stands out to me now- a quiet, special moment for just me and my sister. Stacy knew what we needed even when we didn't. So thank you to everyone at the CCB- you are truly amazing!

I will try to keep my review short and sweet since there’s soo many amazing things I could say about CCB. Let me start by saying that our wedding day on September was SOO perfect. Everything we envisioned came to reality thanks to the amazing crew at CCB, Jennifer & Stacy made sure all the planning went very smooth. Stacy Drew & Mat made sure that wedding day was perfect. The day of my wedding I felt so well taken care of, Drew took the time to make sure every single of my needs were met. The CCB crew went above and beyond to make our day soo special. Appetizers/food/drinks were amazing. Wedding day went so fast, it was so magical that I finished the night by tearing up once saying goodbye to the amazing CCB crew. If I could celebrate my wedding all over again, I would choose CCB!

I just got married Yesterday 9/2/2023! And I just have to say Canoe Club Ballroom was absolutely AMAZING!!! From the start to the finish our wedding we was taken care of! We didn’t feel like clients we felt like family members to them! Thank You so much CCBR!!!! Everything looked beautiful and made out special day one that we will never forget! Thank you CCBR!!
