Tom and the outstanding staff over at Bridgewater Motor works were very helpful and are very knowledgeable about all kinds of vehicles. very courteous and made it clear it is always about the customers needs great job, gentleman. I will definitely be back for further service.

They did a great job repairing & servicing our BMW GT... They're also well versed in Volkswagen's, Volvo's, Audi's & Mercedes Benz; Just watch out for their guard dog..??

Tom and his crew is first class! Auto repair hasn't gotten very expensive, but Bridgewater Motorworks at least leave you feeling you got the best care for your car without all the hassles and BS you get from most dealerships. Top notch work be a crew of guys for your Porsche, BMW, Saab MB etc for a fair and reasonable price. They really do care!

He was probably having rough day but pretty much paid 650 just to fix a fuse but they wouldn’t tell me what fuse it was lol
Also got my car back with more problems I’ll never go back guy was rude and frustrated as if he was doing it for free and my car was running better when I was maintaining it myself also asked him to diagnose an issue I’ve had for awhile this guy tells me the car drives fine but it was shaking on acceleration I pointed the guy in the right direction come to find out I was right all along it’s ridiculous he claims it was in pieces but 90% of it was plastic covers taking off mind you car only has 55k miles on it lol if that’s a car in pieces to you that’s crazy no wonder why it took him so long just because its bmw there is a reason why they only do BMW at least there not screwing up peoples Hondas and Toyotas they probably belong working on Harley’s
