Forced to call by the city of Newton for water meter change. Polite answering service but the calls to the company to reschedule went unanswered on voicemail. When I finally got through the woman was so unprofessional, I was floored. My guess is the techs are good but so rough around the edges I did not reschedule. I dont have the time or will to deal with them. When the city finally contacts me, I'll explain how miserable it was and maybe they can help with the scheduling.

Sean provided great service switching water valve/ meter. Newton service request. He explained the service clearly and cleaned up after the service was complete. Very professional.

They completely bungled my appointment. They verified the time and date, then didn't show up. When I called they claimed it was a computer glitch that "sometimes happens". Since this was a very straightforward scheduling issue, I think it was simply their incompetence. If it "sometimes happens ", why don’t they fix it?

They didn't show up (for the required appointment by my town ) to change my water meter and when I called to inquire they transferred me multiple times and were incredibly rude.

Zero stars really! They cancel last minute left and right. Then the one time we cancelled the tech shows up. Decided to open my gate, go onto the property, then knocked on the door. Then left and DID NOT put gate back! Dog got out, kids were frantic. I have it all on camera. Oh and when you call for a supervisor they just hang up on you.

This company was subcontracted to replace water meters (and the good paying union jobs to read them) with remote read meters by my water authority. I called for an appointment and after struggling to book me S****a hung up on me. I called back and C*****n stuck with me as the system crashed and she had to repeatedly get the same information from me and leave me on hold for long periods of time. It took a half hour altogether. The technician arrived 50 minutes early and we hadn't finished cleaning the house yet. He was pleasant, informative, and did a good job with neat wiring. He completed the work in less time than expected and the disruption of being without water was minimal. I don't know if scheduling your appointment online works better, but their systems need a major upgrade for people calling in. They do offer Saturday appointments.
