For Christmas my husband 2 years ago got me heated seats. They work awesome. This past Christmas my husband bought me a radio/CD, back up camera, Bluetooth etc system. It works amazing. I think the customer service is simply amazing. They took their time showing me how to use the new product and explained until I understood (which was a task in itself...lol) If I need anything else ever, this is the place I will go. Thank you again for all your help.

Was able to get my vehicle in ASAP. Had an appointment 2 days after calling to get remote start installed. Works great and very fast. VERY reasonably priced compared to MANY other shops in the area. Professional workers, and clean atmosphere. Very happy with the work and will be back in the future. Highly recommended.

Called this place, set an appointment, showed up at the time and day of the appointment (reason for the missing fifth star as I showed up 30 minutes prior to be told to come back 1 hour from the said time of appointment), was told installation was going to take 1 to 1.5 hours long and it did, new remote started installed, they showed me how it works, satisfied customer. Jim and Bob are indeed rough in the edges however they are straight forward from the gate and that's the beat way of doing business; there was nothing they said they didn't deliver and believe me, you have every option to make up your mind and leave prior to pay for anything and, if you stay and have them work on your car...then don't b**** about it because those two gentlemen can't be more clear with the customer.

ok update AUTOBAHN / CLASSIC DESIGN in west bridgewater. still jim the owner took my money an my bed cover an to this date 3 months. later now no money or word. from them. i had hopes for them being in my home town. guess not. stay away crooks..bad business
