Worst experience ever! We purchased a wireless hotspot for our new apartment at this location. When we got home and tried to set up our online information, we realized that the account was set up as a business account (we do not have a business) and the name and phone number on the plan were someone else's. Clearly this was sketchy, so we went back to the store to return it and close the account, and they told us we had to return it online. We called customer support to return it online, and we were told it did indeed need to be returned in store (they were shocked that we were told to return it online and that the account was a business account). Customer support also told us that the item we purchased was not for an apartment and would not even work in the city we are moving to! After going back to the store and returning it, we were then charged a $35 restocking fee, and were told that the account could only be cancelled online. We questioned the restocking fee (as the item was not the one we wanted or requested, but we were told they had to charge it). We called customer service again, and they were able to cancel the account, but we were told that the store is not allowed to charge a restocking fee. This store is deceiving and misleading people, lying to customers, selling people the wrong merchandise, and charging people fees that they that they should not be. Do not go there! We have caught them in at least 3 lies! There should be ZERO stars on this review!

It is right next door to Crysrals Kitchen, which is a GREAT restaurant!! I was in Crystal's Kitchen, not AT&T!

Maybe you should update your hours.You list your hours on Sunday as opening at 11am. We arrived at 11 and no one was at your store. We waited for about 10 minutes before someone pulled up. They stayed in their car for about 10 minutes before opening the store. They were playing loud music.We waited another 5 minutes before the store lights went on. This was about 15-20 minutes after the store was supposed to open.We finally get inside. It takes 15 minutes for the employee - who was late - to let us know that the iPhone we were looking was not in stock.Thanks for wasting my time.

My daughter needed a new SIM card for her phone and the young man who took care of us was professional and very knowledgeable and made sure everything worked before we left.

Stopped in on my day off to check the prices on a s23 ultra, within 40 minutes Nathan set me up with one and transferred all my info over and got me a good plan and trade in.came back 1 week later with some questions ,he answered and helped me set up auto pay on my new account. Thank you for the great service.

My phone screen broke and I needed to know if I still had insurance. I called the store and the girl I spoke to only cared about selling me a new phone. I asked her straight up if I had insurance and she said yes, but that even with insurance my deductible for a new screen would be $280 which is how much it would cost for me to just pay off my phone and upgrade. When I went into asurion to replace the screen and told her about the conversion, she was so mad that the girl at ATT was literally trying to SCAM me into getting a new phone! Because of my insurance it cost me $29 to replace my screen, and I will NEVER step foot into the west Bridgewater ATT ever again.I hope the store manager sees this and knows they lost a customer because their employee was more concerned with commission than customer service.

Don’t ever talk to the Nathan rep. Short white kid with glasses. He talks like he is slow in the head. He’ll sit there texting people in one hand, with his headphones on so you don’t know if he is listening to music or on a call sharing your information to someone else on a phone call and while you tell him the problem he will tell you to go call 611 because he doesn’t want to fix the problem while he is looking at it. He is absolutely useless. Only cares about sales. Has zero service skills. I would fire him if he treated my customers the way he treated me.

It's sad thay people leave bad reviews for the rep Nathan because a lot of them are untrue. Nathan was very helpful in assisting me upgrading my phone. He was very informative in helping me make a choice and he went out of his way to do a stellar job. I was in the store when "Jake statefarm" was complaining about an issue that Nathan had no control over. The issue really sprouted from "Jake's" end was completely his fault. 5 stars to Nathan for enduring the brunt of BS from inconsiderate and unintelligible customers. Also 5 stars for being a great customer service rep!!!

I felt so helpless walking in not knowing a thing about phone plans, but nick and Nate helped me so much I walked out in ten minutes practically, with a new phone and a smile. Great guys and deserve all the recognition. I recommend this location and highly recommend its employees

My pregnant wife and I walked in out. Please don't go to this location for service.Last night went to this att location was told I can return my phone and exchange for another (only 4 days old). Go in there today (next day) and no exaduration after waiting 75 minutes just to speak to someone, the same guy says it can't be returned or exchanged because it's not a corporate location. I called ATT while in the store and they told me it can be returned so I handed the phone to the guy in the store and they spoke. He said I was rude to him so he didn't want to help me. Went there last night the guy was great then today he missed his lunch break or something and he says no I can't help.Bottom line don't go to this getto location. They don't respect or care about customer service. I felt bad for the other couple too, they had been dealing with him for nearly 3 hours they said. The Dedham store is a farther drive but we'll respected with more knowledgeable and readily available staff. Plus the displays were not stollen.

Henry was so helpful. He was the only one working, and there were two customers ahead of me. That was the reason for the wait, which he informed me of and I was fine with waiting. It wasn't something that I could call for. When it was my turn, Henry was attentive and friendly and very personable. I noticed his patience and kindness with the other customers as well. He went above and beyond and gave me information about blacklisting my stolen phone. I didn't know this was possible and I was so grateful. Overall, it was a great experience and I left happy.
