I was referred to my saving grace Keith from Advanced auto import by Vavoline. Keith was amazing he reassured me of his capabilities. Being a person that knows nothing about cars I was at first overwhelmed but Keith was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I would 10/10 recommend.

Dude talks a one. Total waste of time. Made an appointment to bring the car in. Talked about doing a bunch of services. Cars sits for days for nothing. Then rushes me to come and pick it up. Saying he had no time for it. So why take it in?? ???. Don’t deal with this rinky dink shop

Excellent service - I sent my daughter's Mercedes-Benz E350 in and it was gone through and serviced/repaired and my high expectations were met. Keith was easy to deal with and did all he could to deliver the service on time as the car was needed within days of when it broke down. He even called to follow up after a few days to be sure all was OK. Definitely recommend this shop for any foreign car and will bring My Audi A8 to him whenever service is needed. He knows what he's talking about and you can trust him. 5 stars for sure.

I have never been treated better by a mechanic. Keith & Brenda really take excellent care of their customers. Keith is a great listener and really takes time to hear your concerns. I strongly recommend Advanced Imported Auto!
