“I had a very special rocking chair to send to my son in NC. The UPS agent in Shrewsbury ,MA did a great job bubble wrapping it and then making a box from 2 boxes. He found a freight company to take it and kept in touch with me to make sure it arrived safely. I would highly recommend UPS, especially for shipping something special!”
“Estes was the delivery company for a shipment I was expecting. I got a text message with a delivery day and a time frame for the shipment. Signature required. Then I got a phone call and a voice mail with a slightly different time...well, OK. Anyhow the shipment was late close close to 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon after we pushed our plans off schedule. The driver was nice though, and had lots of stops...”

“Let's admit it, going to a postal office is usually pretty stress inducing - at least for me! The lines, the attitudes, the staff, ugh.
However, I recently had to mail important information and decided to to to USPS in Holden. It was great! The staff was friendly and they were able to mail my letter and it was in-and-out.
I will come to branch next time!”

I have always had a great relationship with my driver Onyx who is probably taken on a higher role at this point or at least should be given a promotion. I called last night to make sure my package would be delivered correctly as their was a delivery exception. Promptly this morning Jimmy called me and took great care of me and made sure everything was delivered correctly. He communicated with me and everyone else perfectly. I really appreciate this. “We went there last weekend to get our passports and Chris was amazing! I was confused by the paperwork and Chris was so patient and helped us get it all straightened out. I had my 2 and 5 year old who weren’t easy but Chris was kind and patient trying to get their pictures. Chris also was able to help other customers while he helped us too, star employee ! The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. “Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”
