We have had money market, cd and checking accounts here since they opened in Shrewsbury. I have to say they are not perfect but better than most. Since working with Marco, we are very happy with the bank and its services. The tellers are professional and helpful.

If you have a problems be ready to be there for a long time. A lot of talk to make you think things are being done right. Didn't change anything or get access to my cash that I put in a newly opened account after being hacked again. in the branch or calling them directly. They now have $500 bucks I can't touch in any way. I have no choice but to find a more component, safer bank. I lost count of how many times the Debit cards were compromised.

I was happy with the branch but when I refi'd my mortgage to Santandar it has been the WORST experience ever. I understand that the loan biz is booming but the customer service, the online banking app and overall experience has made me want to close all my accounts and go to another bank. I will never do business with Santandar again.

The Santander Branch in Worcester in the Shaw's parking lot is a pleasant place. There are usually enough tellers so one doesn't have to wait very long. Everyone is nice and polite. I think their website needs a bit of updating, but other than that, it is a perfectly good place to do banking.

Epic incompetence. Brought all account holders today to unlock and close my dad's old checking account, because, though it was locked so WE couldn't access it, fraudulent withdrawals remained a regular occurrence! Were unfortunately unable to make a needed change to his new account, because my mother, dead for 16 mo., wasn't there to sign anything. Neither of the TWO copies of her death certificate provided in the past were on file. I recommend any other bank than Santander Bank!
