I have been going to Pucci’s for over 20 years. I am happy to report that from my first experience in 2003 to the to my most recent in march 2024 I have always been treated as if I had been a long time customer .I mostly conduct my business with Nancy because I like to build a good rapport and relationship with those that I do business with . the customer service is outstanding, five stars and all the good comments I could make would never give the full Picture of the professionalism and atmosphere that pucci’s provides. they have always gone above and beyond my expectations, don’t take my word for it , experience it yourself you will not be disappointed. I came in today with some rings I had inherited. Nancy was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I will be back to do some shopping and told my family they should also take a trip to Puccis! Definitely check them out—wonderful, helpful, and honest. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

This place has a huge selection of jewelry and watches. Children's jewelry too. They are very nice to work with, knowledgeable and have great customer service.

I went to Pucci’s for a ring repair I had made in Italy. While I was there I looked at Solitaire Diamond rings. Susan waited on me and she was very professional, informative and patient with me. I also met Nancy who was very nice and pleasant to talk to. This was my first time here and they both made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and I will be going back.

I had a wonderful experience at Pucci’s. I had been looking to upgrade my engagement and wedding bands for a while but had not found the right place until I came here. Nancy was very accommodating and offered different options. I found a setting that I liked that was a little pricey and she had the jeweler custom make it for me for a lower price. She did a trade on some old pieces that I had and also brought a bracelet I had inherited from a family member back to life with rhodium and sizing. She made the experience fun and comfortable and I will definitely be back. The inventory is impressive and customer service is top-notch.

The staff was amazing and spent time talking through options and ideas. In the end, I have two beautiful bracelets that I know my nieces will cherish for years to come. Pucci’s is hands down the BEST jewelry store. It was when Mike and Paula Pucko owned it and now that it has new owners it still rocks! I recently brought in some jewelry to be repaired and was quoted very fair prices for the work. Nancy and Sue were very friendly and helpful. Nancy even repaired the backs of two sets of earrings while I was there at no cost. Go see the women at Pucci’s for all your jewelry needs. You will not be disappointed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mireya turned a dreaded errand into a pleasurable visit. I needed assistance with getting a new band on my watch and also mistakenly thought I was due for a new battery. She cheerfully assisted me and I was quickly reminded why I enjoy going to Pucci's.

my wife has a 50 dollar gift card to Pucci's and they would not honor it. said they have a new owner i believe when you take over a business you take all the liabilities and monies owed with the business. they refused to honor it .they were polite but that doesn't make up for the loss of the gift card. ill be making some phone calls monday to see about it .
