The best customer service CVS in Massachusetts is the West Boylston store. Moth, Adam, Angel, (the tall man with a beard, sorry I don’t know his name) They go above and beyond their job description and treat customers as if they were the owners of CVS. Congratulations to CVS manager for hiring and training your employees how to be polite and caring.

I know it’s not the hard working pharmacists and staffs fault they are so understaffed and overwhelmed … but CVS is awful. The Walmart Pharmacists and team down the street in West Boylston is amazing. They have the resources to do their job and it shows ! Walmart Pharmacy goes above and beyond and they are so personable !

Trash bag at the pharmacy saw me struggling with my toddler as I picked up a prescription and refused to check out the remainder of my stuff. Told me to go up front and do a separate transaction. Moron was on her phone when I walked up and then made me wait as she fiddled in her wallet as my 2 year old ran off and I had to chase after. There was no one in front of me and no one behind me in line. They're either poorly trained or just lazy. Either way never a good experience at this location.

I was dismayed when a favorite cvs brand item was unavailable and am grateful to the West Boylston manager who very competently clarified the item was discontinued and where I could go in my region where the item was still available. Great customer service and made a big difference to this customer!

Very RUDE pharmacy staff. Called in for a refill on 1/12/2024; and the pharmacy technician hung up on me since they were busy. POOR customer service

I booked an appointment to get a Covid vaccine. For unforeseen reasons I was unable to make my appointment and I canceled it. They charged my insurance anyway and documented that they had given me the vaccine. So now I can’t get the vaccine. This pharmacy is the absolute worst, never mind the illegal charging of my insurance for services that were never rendered.

Every time I go to this location the pharmacy is a disaster. Disorganized, poor customer service, very unhelpful. Today I had an appt for my daughter for a flu shot. After multiple reminder messages, we arrived on time. We waited at the vaccine check in for 10 min. No one acknowledged us. I walked over and got into the pharmacy line. When it was my turn, I advised we were there for a flu shot. They told me their system was down and they couldn’t give the shot. They asked us to come back in a couple hours. We tried calling 2 hours later, sat on hold for 20 min and then was disconnected. Tried calling back and sat on hold another 15 min and at 1:30 the recording came on saying the pharmacy is closed until 2. We went back at 2pm and were told it would be at least a 20 min wait. My daughter had to get to work. Terrible customer service.
