The worst pharmacy, will give you the wrong prescription then make you wait 40 minutes past promised time for the correct replacement

I know it’s not the hard working pharmacists and staffs fault they are so understaffed and overwhelmed … but CVS is awful. The Walmart Pharmacists and team down the street in West Boylston is amazing. They have the resources to do their job and it shows ! I was dismayed when a favorite cvs brand item was unavailable and am grateful to the West Boylston manager who very competently clarified the item was discontinued and where I could go in my region where the item was still available. Great customer service and made a big difference to this customer!
