Rude phone service. The man that picked up got rude and hung up in less than 15 seconds because I asked a question about my insurance. Not too mention I waited 15 minutes to get through.

awful, unhelpful, never has anything in stock, and has never answered the pharmacy phone unless you wait for nearly 1 hour on hold.

Husband has major surgery and prescriptions called in to the pharmacy. Got home and only one of his meds was there. His major pain reliever and antibiotic were not there. Went back and was told his pain med wouldn't be available until 3 because they were at lunch! Back at 3 and antibiotic not available until next day. Back next day at 10:45 and prescription not ready. Had wait 15 minutes for it to be filled! 4 times to this pharmacy for one presription in 2 days! Won't be back!

This is for the pharmacy. Went to pick up antibiotic for 10 year old daughter for ear infection. The amount of antibiotic was supposed to be 1200mg mixed with 30ml water. They did 15 ml. We only knew this after bottle was empty after day 2. (1 dose on day 1 of 10ml and dose on day 2 of 5ml) They said they gave us 30ml. Impossible seeing how bottle was empty after the 15 ml we gave her. Ended.up having to get another 3 days which put her 600mg over original dosage. Check your dosages good at this place.

Worst CVS pharmacy location ever. Besides being rude, they will do everything they can not to fill your prescriptions. On more than one occasion they've "lost" my prescriptions and had me running around in circles; "our fax machine isn't working," "your doctor never called it in," "it's too early to refill" (mind you this was after I received a text saying it was ready). I'm so appalled at this particular store's pharmacy that I'll never go back again.

I used to use this pharmacy years ago and finally switched to Stop and Shop pharmacy. I've never seen a worse system of customer service than at this CVS. I just had to have my doctor call in a prescription to them due to my insurance and after being on hold for over 30 minutes (I was calling to check to see if my prescription was ready) they were finally able to get their act together to tell me my script would be ready in an hour. I'm gonna give it two hours because...CVS.

The absolute worst pharmacy staff in the area. Do not take your prescriptions to CVS in West Boylston. They will sit on it, do whatever they can to not fill your prescription, tell you the insurance wont cover it when they will tell you the doctor needs to call but they don't. I literally grabbed a prescription from the CVS west Boylston pharmacist, took the same prescription less than one mile up the road to Walgreens, from drop off to the prescription being ready, 11 minutes! It sat at the CVS in West Boylston for 2 days. Caused a ton of stress for my wife and wasted a ton of my time. They pull this every time, I will never ever use CVS Pharmacy in West Boylston again. Note, there's a taller blonde women that works there, she is evil and thinks she is a doctor. She doesn't everything she can to make your life difficult. I'm certain she has a miserable life and taking her issues out on the customers/patients of CVS. Stay away for the West Boylston Pharmacy, the store park is fine, its the pharmacy that's evil. hope this saves someone some trouble in the future. If just one it was worth writing. Best of luck everyone.

Absolutely the WORST CVS Pharmacy! I hate going to this one with the rude pharmacy staff! They're slow, unprofessional and rude! I am stuck with this location because it's the only one that can dispense my daughters medication. I went into the store to purchase a few items and pick up my daughters prescription, waited in line behind 1 other customer for over 10 minutes. The staff member (rude female) finished with that customer & called over another staff member also (rude) female to take over while she went to help the drive up window. I was still waiting when she called the name of a customer sitting down took her and rang up her prescription never acknowledged me standing there all that time. I waited patiently still, then she proceeded to finish with that customer and call yet another name , again ignoring me! I put the items down and walked out! I got in my car and drove around to the drive thru so I could at least get the prescription which I did. I will NEVER shop here, this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this same location! The staff at this pharmacy is horrible!!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!

I would first like to say that the Manager Tara who worked this particular morning was great! Kind, professional and quick to make sure the situation was remedied correctly. With that being said, the entire Pharmacy staff were just awful. Rude, unprofessional, dismissive, snarky and not helpful at all. It is CVS pharmacy right? Emphasis on Pharmacy. Therefore One would assume that the staff at a pharmacy serving a wide variety of clientele would show even the slightest attempt at kindness, professionalism and compassion to those in need. Not here. I come from a family of medical professionals and my husband and I are attorneys. I have witnessed first hand the critical role those in the medical field play in the lives of others. Which is why I am beyond baffled at the disgusting unprofessional behavior of those behind the counter at this particular pharmacy. I will be contacting corporate and lodging a formal complaint. However, given the reviews on Yelp and on other internet platforms, CVS must be aware of the dangers this pharmacy poses to the public at large. The appropriate medical boards must be made aware of their members dangerous and abusive practices. Doing nothing could potentially lead to dire consequences for those filling scripts or needing medical help in the future. The customer in front of me said this was the worst CVS. This is not an isolated event; it is a pattern that could have dangerous consequences on innocent lives. For those working behind the pharmacy counter at this particular location, if you KNOW better just DO BETTER! Happy new year to all and I wish everyone including those employees working at the pharmacy a prosperous and blessed 2020.

Not to start this review with negativity, but I usually don't shop at CVS I've had numerous bad experiences ....but perhaps my luck has changed? I was driving by this location and decided to stop in. I noticed right away that the store looks good and I wasn't accosted with the robo ," Hi, how are you? Let me know if you need any help" I also found it a relief that I wasn't followed around which I've experienced at other locations. So I browsed some, picked out what I needed and went to the front. The wait wasn't terribly long with only 1 person ahead of me. The customer service representative was very nice and assisted me with my coupons and questions, making the transaction flawless. I wish I lived closer to this location. I would definitely shop here again.

The pharmacy is a hot mess here. The people are plenty nice, but the last 3 pickups I've had that were allegedly expedited had waits of 40 minutes or more. The most recent issue was blamed on a systems conflict that left my script open at some store in Belmont (which I have never even visited), leaving the staff in West Boylston unable to work on it. My "5-10 minute wait" was just shy of an hour - which is unfortunately quite normal even without the half-baked excuse. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else in-network - or better yet, go somewhere local.

The store itself is fine, but the problem is the pharmacy. I use them because they are close to where I live, but I think it's time I transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. For the second time within a week I've gone in to pick up prescriptions and both times they have not been ready. The first time, I had sent in the refill on Sunday, got the text on Monday that it was ready, picked it up on Thursday. It wasn't ready and the excuse I got was they have been really busy. Truly a BS excuse! I called in a prescription for a different refill today and requested it be ready for three hours from the time I called. I arrived at the four hour mark and was told, "...it's in process. We've been really busy... We'll put a rush on it and it will be 15 minutes..." So I waited in the store for 45 minutes, and it still wasn't ready. During my wait, I witnessed the pharmacist get into a yelling match with another employee. Screaming about "...how is he supposed to answer the phone, can't you see how many people are in line?! ..." Yeah, maybe it's time to find another pharmacy...
