Shelley, who answers the phone is honestly the most unpleasant person I've ever dealt with. I will never use or recommend this company again strictly because of her. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were also scammed and charged for unused services. Stay away from MA Frazier.

Absolutely worst company I ever worked with. I have used them in the past for Porta potty rental and there was an issue with cleaning the Porta potty on the last job. They said there was a car blocking it but that was 1 day out of 3 weeks. Obviously they did a drive by and instead of notifying me that the schedule was changed from Wednesday early am to Monday late afternoon, they haven’t made any attempt to work with or create resolution for the issue. Shelly is incredibly rude and has hung up on my client about 5 times in a row as she’s begging her to to come pick up the horrendous smelling porta john in the nice neighborhood where neighbors are complaining. I spoke with her Wednesday and asked her to pick up the hazardous bin on Friday (today) and she said Monday. She refused to put any management or owner on the phone and I will never ever use this company again. The throne king will get my business going forward. A terrible terrible experience.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. The manager Shelly is rude and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. The didn't clean the porta potty for weeks claiming cars parked in driveway. When you call for service for them to pick it up you are greeted by rude Shelly who refuses to come pick it up or service it even with your complaints of the foul odor it's remitting. Save yourself the hassle and find yourself a company that understands customer service. Even worse, the owner backs up the manager and condones her rudeness. STAY AWAY!

This company does not provide any where in writing on their internet or that we agreed to in writing the admin fee or refund policy and refuses to give it back. They say they have it in writing and would scan it to me but it is nothing we signed or saw or were told when we signed up via phone - in short they are charging us for something we NEVER agreed to.

I had a wonderful experience doing business with M.A. Frazier. They were prompt, honest, fair and helpful. Everyone I've spoken to there has been professional and courteous. The gentleman who came to do the service was very kind and efficient. The truck was beautiful and super clean. I will definitely be doing business with them again, and won't hesitate to recommend them.
