“Nice little shop/gallery in the same location as what was many years ago the Salt Marsh Pottery.I read a couple of reviews complaining about the owner's attitude when they wanted to return a purchase (they seem to have been removed, which is appropriate, as I'll explain). I wasn't present to observe these interactions, but the postings saying "no returns due to Covid-19" were everywhere... you'd have to willfully try not to see them and, even then, I'd don't know how you could manage not to. So I think those complaints were quite unfair.”

In addition, Gail gives honest feedback, and wants her customers to make good decisions about their purchases. “I love Off Center! One of my favorite places on the Cape: great staff, interesting clothes and a great variety of clothes and jewelry. Because of Covid it's been 1 1/2 years since I've been out from Seattle and I am anticipating a visit to Off Center in mid-May.”
