The store manger, Ali, has been extremely helpful multiple times when I needed to have flowers sent to loved ones out of state. Ali not only ensured that the arrangements would be beautifully done to Winstons’ standards but also that they would be delivered on time. The customer service at this Winstons’ location is top notch, just like their arrangements!

The customer service was phenomenal! Carmel helped my mom and I mix and match different plants and pots to find the perfect combination for our price point. The vibe of the shop is so beautiful and they were so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us make our choice. Highly recommend! They have incredibly beautiful pots and plants of all sizes and styles for sale at all price points.

There is no higher quality florist than Winston! Well worth the price!! Called to place an order over the phone for Mother's Day. The woman was extremely helpful and the transition was easy. Upon pickup, the flowers were ready and placed in an easy to travel box. My mom loved them!

Absolutely beautiful flowers that arrived right when they said they would. My friend loved them and I truly feel that these flowers are of the highest quality. Winston is not the cheapest option for flowers by any means but you certainly get what you pay for.

Received over the top service from Hayley at Winston. Hayley not only helped me pick out gorgeous arrangements to help me celebrate my wife's birthday, but worked it out with the restaurant we celebrated at to have the flowers on the table. And she delivered them for us after hours. highly recommend these guys -beautiful products and extraordinary service

Yes, Winston's is expensive. But the flowers will knock her socks off. I mostly get my wife roses on special occasions; birthdays and anniversaries and Valentine's Day, and perhaps if she's sick. The roses are HUGE, they last a long time, and her friends say "Wow!". I have never regretted this. Are these flowers more than going to 1-800-something? Yes, they are. But a week later, she's still gushing about the flowers and the 1-800 version have long since made their way to the trash. A couple of notes: (1) I love public radio, but I don't do the Winston's promotion on Valentine's Day. The flowers didn't seem as nice to me. (2) if you are ever unhappy with the flowers (one stem out of a dozen or two arrives broken), let them know. They'll make you (her, really) happy.

I've gotten two "get well" deliveries in the last 2 weeks, and while they were pretty, they were both full of hyacinth, which really should not be in home deliveries. The smell is far too strong and off-putting, and I actually had to pull them all out of the arrangements. Additionally, the 2nd arrangement I got was full of roses that were mostly blown and half dead. Overall, I'm not impressed.
