The sales experience at Wellesley Toyota was stress free. Ww were encourage to drive models and ask questions without ever feeling our sales rep was itching to slide us into a closing. Answers to questions were thoughtful, researched when necessary and clear. The agent was knowledgeable and happy to share what he knew. We bought a Rav4 Prime plug-in and are very happy with it. Safety features, comfort, quiet cabin and smooth acceleration were all important to us. We got them all and great mileage too.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had at Wellesley Toyota. I bought a car there ,recently, and dealt with one salesperson. His name was Marcus DeOliveira. He did everything in his power to find the perfect car for me ,and he did.
He was pleasant, caring and eager to please. I give him and Wellesley 5 stars. I will be back and recommend highly.

I had a great experience here. Trung Le was far and away the best car sales consultant I've dealt with. He was honest, clear, quick to respond and friendly. He made my experience here comfortable and as simple as you could hope for.
Got the exact car I wanted at the price they quoted me over e-mail (which was fair) with no last minute changes or issues. Highly recommend this dealership and, if you can get Trung as your consultant, you won't be sorry. Awesome!

John was great to work with to buy our new-to-us car! Honest, straightforward, helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with. We went to this dealership bc we were interested in a specific used car and they had one, so we hadn’t read reviews or anything and were super happy with the operation. He even threw in new tires as a surprise! (They were near the end of their useful life so we’d asked for new ones during purchasing and originally been told no— super fun to see them on pickup!)

I had a very pleasant experience with Wellesley Toyota. On my way to work today, I blew a tire on the highway, and I needed to have my car towed to this dealership. They were very positive and lighthearted when I got there, joking about my tire and letting me know what they could do for me. I ended up purchasing a tire with them, and waited while they fixed everything. The staff members I met were kind and helpful, one employee even told me everything would be okay. I think he could tell that I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed about the whole situation. They were also very patient while I repeatedly called my mom for advice. Additionally, they helped me with deciding what kind of tire I needed and made sure I didn’t purchase anything unnecessary. I really appreciate the service I got here.

The service technician needs better training. I took my old Prius to calibrate the ABS system after replacing the ABS pump and master cylinder ourselves, which requires a special computer. He tries to calibrate it but he doesn't do it properly and he thinks there is something wrong with the parts.
The OEM parts were purchased from another Toyota dealership with VIN to avoid mistakes. Even I know Toyota has different numbers on the part itself (MARK number) and different part number on their catalog but, their technician doesn't know this. He reads the numbers on the part and thinks we put the wrong part.
They charged me $330 to diagnose and gave me an estimate of $1700 to replace the part with the "correct one". I took it to another Toyota service, and they calibrated it in 2 hours without any problem. So $330 was wasted! Their assistant service manager Matt was very kind and helpful though.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Wellesley Toyota and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Trung, our salesperson, was amazing: we felt comfortable, never pressured or rushed, and like he wanted us to pick the right car for us. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous dealership we visited. In addition, because Trung has experience in other parts of the business, he has deep knowledge of the car features and spent a lot of time showing us how things work and answering our questions. Not only that, he stayed late to allow us to pick up the car after work!
To sum up, Wellesley Toyota is a great, no pressure, honest dealership that I highly recommend.

Very bad service! Today I brought my car Venza toyota 2021 for 37000 miles service. The guy who was the service representative, Brian Walsh, didn't even ask me if my car have any problems! And after he printed everything I told him excuse me!! I have this and this problem...?! It's not the only weird thing I saw!
They called me and told me the cabin filter needs to get changed and on the phone they said it's $98 which was weird to me. When I went to pick it up I asked Brian Walsh why is it more expensive than internet pricing? And he's repeating himself like "it's a cabin filter" like I KNOW it's a freaking cabin filter!! Tell me WHY it's expensive compared to internet's pricing!! Their manager is going around laughing taking care of absolutely NOTHING! They honestly don't respect when a woman has questions from them like we can't understand what they talk about!!
Until a nice gentleman whose name I forgot went and brought two different filters and show them to me with the pricing.
Service department need a better supervisor.. I'm going to also report this to main Toyota org. What they did is so disrespectful.. they don't respect women or customers..hope this review goes into the head manager.
