Mike Winterson offered excellent customer service at this location. My purchase was not an easy one and he helped me evaluate three different vehicles to help me get one that fit my price point and preferences. I kept Mike on the hook for over a month but he never lost his patience with me and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Everyone that I came in contact with at Wellesley Mazda was exceptional. Highly recommend!

This dealership completely wasted our time and lied to us multiple times.We called on Labor Day 30 min before closing, asking about a specific model and that they had this car on the lot ready to drive away (via website). They said yes and that they had it ready to drive away that day (I confirmed this), but said that they were closing soon so we shouldn't come in, and that no customers were there so the car would still be there in the morning. We got there right when they opened next day, and the car was already sold. Felt like a scam to get us there.Couple days later, we called again because the website still said the specific car was in stock. The guy told us to come in... we asked MULTIPLE times... he put us on hold, and again told us they have the car. So we said "you sure? Because if that's the case we'll put a deposit down now. But if it's not there, we're going to be really upset." then he said, "let me put you on hold... oh actually we dont it... it just sold" give me a break!!We were definitely lied to, and then we wasted our time trying to make it work. Glad we stuck with the other dealership. Didn't feel right to make a deal here for a car on its way after being mislead so blatantly like that. They will say anything they want to get you into the dealership. Beware, you probably won't walk out with a car same day.

This dealership does everything right! From the moment you walk in, until the moment you drive off in your new vehicle. Everyone is polite, and excels in their respective roles. DJ, Alex, Cole & Jared are truly a cohesive unit. I will recommend Wellesley Mazda to everyone that I know. Bravo!

My 19-year old daughter brought her C3 for service. The Mazda service department said they needed to fix the suspension and brakes. We knew this. Also they wanted to charge her with $240 usd to fill the coolant tank and $140 to fill the brake fluid!!! Also, that wanted to charge $100 for tire rotation, but they rotated the tires for $20 only three months ago. The total estimate was 1,600 usd. When my daughter asked for these crazy cost for tire rotation, Copland and brake fluid they finally accepted none of these was necessary. This can be done at home for under 29 bucks. They came back with an estimate of $1,100. We accepted with a lot of hesitation. They did géneros and after three hours they came with an invoice of $1,600! When my daughter asked they said that the extra $500 was for labor. However, this was not considered on the already abusive estimate. Mazda Waltham service department behaved abusively. They tried to trick a girl into unnecessary super expensive charges and then they tricked her by hiding exorbitant labor changes not disclosed with the cost estimate. People expect professionalism from a dealership as Mazda. It is embarrassing to see the abusive nature of their relationship with customers.

bait and switch at its finest. Very much the traditional old school car sales tactic. My partner was in contact with sales about 3 hours before a confirmed test drive. They said the model and color of the car and confirmed the time. We switched work schedules because of this and arrived on time .upon arriving, we mentioned the confirmed car. We were then told that we could not test drive this because there were none on the lot and the one advertised was already sold and on transit. I'm very confused either they are deceitful or very incompetent- both not great. Further about 6 months ago I inquired about a mazda and was extremely pressured into purchasing. I was so taken aback that I purchased a mazda but from 495 mazda (fyi 495 mazda is amazing!)

I just moved to this area from Europe, so tried to research the kind of car I wanted using the web. The Mazda with AWD seemed like a fit, so we stopped by Wellesley Mazda to look at cars and take a test drive.The cars are great, but the sales consultant was simply outstanding. His name is Andrew Culross (AJ). Talk about professional. Inspires confidence. PLUS he is incredibly nice. I was with my daughter and needed a little extra time to go over the various technology offerings in the car (having not owned a car in years). AJ was very patient, he explained everything well, and was great about following up.I highly recommend this dealer and this individual!

I had a fantastic experience working with Alvin Rojas! He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding the right car that fit my needs. I was looking for a 3 row or a mid-sized SUV, and Alvin guided me through the different options within Mazda, as well as comparing SUVs of similar size/costs. He was very accommodating as I test drove multiple times, and transparent in answering all of my questions, until I was confident in my decision. The CX-5 turbo is exactly the reliable, comfortable and zippy SUV that I was looking for Many thanks to Krystal Miller in finance! She was stellar, and made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Matt Marshall did a wonderful job helping me navigate the new SUV. I would definitely recommend working with the Wellesley Mazda team!

Hello Just wanted to let people know the mazda dealership in Wellsely has done a great job taking care of their clients. I have been leased cars with them 3 times already and my experience at the dealership has been amazing. They definitely make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in and part of the mazda family as soon as you walk out. I had a great guy help me out yesterday with my 3 lease and he did a tremendous job making me feel welcome once again he knew his knowledge about mazda very well treated me with the most respect. I will definitely do business with this gentleman man again. Thank you Andrew Schiffer for helping me out with my 3 lease.
