I have had three repairs done here over the last five years. All three have been both pleasant & professionally handled experiences: from estimate, turnaround time, reasonable pricing, and of course, quality of repair. And as a bonus: this is a locally owned business and not part of a chain operation. Highly recommended.

My first time in the store was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is so difficult to find excellent repair services for both contemporary and vintage watches. I found both.

Recently benefited from great service and expertise in regard to having my Omega Seamaster repaired. My calendar, which I was told by my former jeweler that was "unrepairable", works great now! Nice to work with real professionals!
