Google doesn't permit a zero star rating, but Bernardi deserves one. To put it short: Stay away from this dealer.
I emailed them asking for specific numbers used to calculate a lease (rent charge, money factor, depreciation etc etc)and a quote for a 2024 XC90 Plug-in hybrid.
The point of contact provided the numbers I requested. Predictably however, they provided a very inflated quote for the lease (this is not the issue, most dealers will do this to maximize their profit).
The issue was, that when I explained how a lease is calculated and that the proper quote should have been closer to 2/3 of what they were quoting, they dug in. The agent stated something to the effect that he had over 20 years of leasing experience and he could educate me on how to calculate a lease. He then presented how he did it, and it was clear he used a formula that permitted him to back into the number he was quoting.
In contrast, the other Volvo dealers (including the one I eventually leased from) actually started a dialogue and we came to an agreeable price that was very close to the number I calculated.
In my opinion, Bernardi is price gouging. Stay away.

Took my xc90 for a coolant leak to be repaired. After I dropped off my car, I stopped by the service/parts desk to purchase a shirt and inquire about upgrading my roof box. After being ignored for 5 minutes I asked for help from the guy standing behind the desk. He looked at me like I was crazy and said he'd have to get someone else to help since he didn't know any information on the cargo box and couldn't process the purchase of the shirt as he didn't know the price.
After I pointed out the price on the tag, he still asked me to go to the front desk and purchase it there. Simply didn't want to help me and was looking for any excuse to pass me off to someone else.
Fine, I asked to see whoever could answer the questions on the cargo box and was told to wait. Dan, came and stood behind the desk where I was waiting and looked right past me to help the customer behind me, instead of acknowledging me and asking me to wait elsewhere.
After being treated so rudely and waiting for help that never showed up, I said I was no longer interested in the cargo box. I then went to the front desk where I was told to go to purchase the shirt.
After waiting in line for the girl at the welcome desk to finish with her other customers, I asked to purchase the shirt. She told me I had to go back to the original desk, where I had just been sent from, with that guy that just passed me off to her. At that point I just told them to forget it and waited outside for my ride.
While on my way back to work, I got a call from Dan who apologized for the way they handled themselves. I stated I was regretting dropping off my car and was reconsidering taking it else where, when he ensured me that he would do everything he could to turn my experience around. This would not be true.
My car was misdiagnosed, the found one leak but after repairing that and telling me my car was going to be ready that same day, they called back to tell me they found another leak and the car had to stay overnight.
Finally got my car back the next day and now my car makes a strange noise that wasn't there when I dropped it off.
Go elsewhere. Volvo of Boston, sweedish motors, volvo of Norwood. Do your self a favor and stay away from these guys. Terrible customer service, mechanics that can't get things right the first shot.
Update**
Got a call from the service manager after the review, just to argue with me about specifics. Despite the lack of customer service I was provided and his employees remembering their mishandling, he called back just to argue with me and try to catch me in a lie. "I'm just looking for specifics because if it's true I need to go back to my service department." "Which was it? Was it 20 minutes or 45" nice job trying to interrogate me.

Purchased my xc60 here a few weeks back and the overall experience was really good. Scott was my salesman who is very professional and easy to communicate with. I think I got a good deal and everything was well taken care of.

I strolled into the dealership, ready to get a new car. We had the lease numbers all sorted out—at least that's what the finance manager and salesperson led me to believe. They asked me to get a certified check for the agreed amount. But, surprise, surprise, when I came back, they had jacked up the numbers and said I needed to pay more. It’s almost as if this dealership is in the business of duping customers, or maybe their finance manager just doesn't understand finance. Either way, it's a garbage dealership. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place and save time

What can I say, excellent service and informative. I really like and appreciate the video link they sent me to watch the inspection of my vehicle. The service tech remembered me from previous visits and was friendly. I recommend Bernardi Volvo in Natick for having your vehicle serviced.

Bernardi Volvo was quick, transparent with the services needed, pricing, and customer service was great. I usually hate going into car dealerships but everyone is truly kind and they send you a video of the tech going through what you car needs so there's no hidden surprises. A+ all around!
