Verizon wrongfully charged me for not returning equipment 6 months after I returned it and even after I confirmed the tracking number with them. They have yet to refund although I have called four times.

I visited the Verizon Store on Linden St in Wellesley to be greeted by Isaiah. I was happy to see him as he had previously helped me. Again he was gracious,helpful and patient in answering my many questions. Excellent Customer service.

My daughter and I got super customer service from Christina here the other day! We had an issue with our data usage and I wanted to know the options of changing our plan. Christina understood our issue, explained a new plan that would save us money, and asked some other questions to help us make the best choices. We were in and out of there in a short time. My tip: go early on a weekday, as we did. Great experience!

My dad and I came in yesterday morning to discuss our family plan. Christina helped us - she was awesome! Explained our current plan in detail and ultimately got us on a new plan which makes much more sense for us. Will definitely be back any time I need help with my phone.

The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, and in a short amount of time help me to get a good deal on an Internet plan, help me lower my cell phone bill, and trade in my old phone for a new one.

Isaiah gets ten stars (he refused coffee or breakfast) for helping me Sunday morning when I could not get the service from my old to new iphone to switch. He was indredibly calm and patient and managed about 5 other similar situations simultaneously. My phone service got switched really quickly as did several other people's. THANK YOU SO MUCH, ISAIAH. Your really shine.

I am writing about my experience with Christina, who now works in the Wellesley location, but was in Framingham through my ordeal with Verizon. I just sent a message to Verizon's CEO praising her for her help. Why the CEO? Well, this is the level I reached before my problem was resolved, but it was not for lack of trying on Christina's part. Back in May, I tried to change from an old mobile plan with a data limit to one of the unlimited plans, while adding back my son's line (which was shut off vy Verizon because his phone was too old). I initiated all of this on the Verizon site, which was probably my first wrong move, but who knew it would be so complicated? After receiving an exorbitant estimated bill (over $400/month versus the $160 or so that they told me), I hightailed it to the Wireless Zone store, as they had helped me years ago with some other Verizon issue. I had to return to Wireless Zone many times. I felt bad about that, but it was a matter of Christina calling Tech Support, then waiting for an update, then waiting for something else, then going back. Finally, around the end of June (this started in early May), I thought it was solved. It was not, and it is only now in late August that I just about have everything straightened out--this shows the difficulty of the problem. But this is not about me, it is about the Wireless Zone team, and especially Christina, who stayed patient and advocated for us for many hours around the Verizon Wireless issues. I watched as the Framingham team worked with other customers, and it was always with kind helpfulness and knowledge that transcended the need to push customers the way that the regular Verizon store often does. I bet they sell more because of their reputation--I always recommend them for their service. Thumbs up, Framingham and Wellesley stores!

New to the US and i was looking for new phone and internet for our house, i went to few Verizon shops and talked to different representatives/customer service on the phone and almost all of them were incompetent except this specific shop. I highly recommend them

Stopped by when I was in a pinch because my phone broke. The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions that I had, and made sure that I was satisfied from beginning to end. Definitely recommend paying these folks a visit.
