“I needed to find a tire shop to repair a slow leak in my tire. I chose Ron's Tire Shop based on the Google reviews. I was very pleased with my experience. I showed up right when they opened without an appointment. There was a line but it moved quickly. Ed was very helpful and efficient. They were able to fix my tire that morning at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Ron's to others and will go back there when my car needs work.”

“I have never received such quality customer service related to my car. I called them in a panic as the day prior I had my tires rotated at a dealership, where the technician at that dealership forgot to tighten the nuts that connected my tire to my vehicle. They took me immediately, despite it being 1.5 hours before they closed on a holiday weekend. They assured me that if they couldn't look at my car today they would give me a loner vehicle for free so I could continue to work. after returning at 20 minutes to close, my car was inspected for further issues, a video taken of the problem so I could go back to the dealership, and they had decided not to charge me for the mechanic's time. I believe this is one of the last honest mechanic shops around, and I will use them for all future services.”

Employees have been very polite and always clue you in as to what they perform when servicing my car. I would like to mention that the manager Kevin is outstanding in his helpfulness and he coordinates the shop with efficiency and skill. Jim (owner) found issues the car dealership did not identify and did the necessarily work to ensure I’d have no further issues or damage to the car. It’s been well over a month, the car is driving perfectly, no issues, and I couldn’t be happier. Jim was very informative, honest, and reasonable with what he charged.
