This is a great boutique clothing shop with lots of brand names. The staff was very friendly and didn't hover while I was browsing. A great shopping experience.

Walked by and their window display caught my eye. The sales associates made sure to go out of their way to get the specific size I needed. Love having this store in town!

This place is a scam. Won't reply to emails and the rep on the phone can only call me back and then doesn't. Stole $342. Downright criminal. Stay away. Seriously. Look at all the negative reviews on their Boston store

Mean spirited business management My kid sister thoughtfully purchased a Patagonia sweater for me during the holidays. Christmas morning I found the sweater was too small... no problem I thought, let's just exchange the size. Returning to the store the first week of January we found the item could not be returned nor exchanged for store credit (I at least wanted to give my kid sister the money back to buy something she likes). I contacted the manager directly, explained the situation, showed her the receipt and the sweater- new with tags... and still was refused a refund and/or store credit. What kind of store is so disengaged and rude to their customers? Seems NRO is operating on the principle that Wellesley patrons will just overpay and not bother assist in any exchanges of clothing gifts.
