I called Mr. Hoop for two times in two different houses in a span of 3 years. Both times I had a great experience. One or two days of delay during the peak of the season for this business, that’s true , but in anyways that impacted the quality of the service.

Eric came to the house explained the process and told me next steps and time table. He made good on all his promises installing exactly when he said. He returned texts almost immediately. I could not have been more satisfied. Thank you you for our new hoop.
