“My laptop screen separated from the base, and the repair was amazing! The time between I called him, received a quote and dropped off my laptop, it took less than 30 minutes. The repair itself took about a day and, considering the state of my laptop, it was very fast and reliable. I'll definitely go again if I have any other issues.”

“I was having trouble with unrecognized disk, and I did everything from updating the console to rebuilding the database, to trying to replace the disk drive myself. Nothing. When giving them my console I came back to it being fully repaired and being able to read the disk. I am very satisfied and very excited to be able to play my game.”

My only gripe with the Waltham AT&T store is lack of covers and screen protectors for my phone. I think it's because other phones are more popular for most people.

I needed to port my number from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Ledi very patiently helped me navigate the unfriendly AT&T system to get the necessary details. His knowledge of the services and devices is incredible. He spent almost 4 hours assisting us with the porting process, setting up new devices, and transferring data from the old phone to the new device. What would have been a very tiring experience was made pleasant thanks to Ledi's expertise and skill.”

“Nancy and the team at the Natick location are a step above the rest. Talk about customer undivided attention. Did I mention they have a clean Vibe music store. Trustworthy and did an absolute amazing job on helping my family get new phones and added a few lines. They even put on a our screen protector, cases and helped us transfer the data from all 6devices. I can't recommend them enough. They've done multiple upgrades and phone support needs for me at this point and everytime the experience gets better and better!”

Also Wallie I think his name I might mistype. He is also wonderful. You should recognize both employees. They are the faces of your company & without both employees your company will not be successful. They both amazing knowledgeable smart sophisticated human beings. I will always come to this locations cause of them. I have been with T-MOBILE 20+ years. You should hire people like wallie and Carmen. Very caring about thier job and customers too. “Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”
