“Great Quest location, the woman who works here is very nice and good at drawing blood, even for small hard-to-find veins. You can make an appt or do a walk-in, just register with the tablet in the office. For walk-ins there's an option to wait in your car or the lobby and get a text when it's your time for the appt which is a good feature.”

“phlebotomist was lovely - super quick, painless, i told her i was a fainter and she kept me distracted during the blood draw (and was so warm and kind also!!). they’re also really transparent about what your insurance will cover and what you could potentially be on the hook to pay.the low reviews (i’m not sure any quest is going to have good reviews given the nature of what they do lol) made me anxious, but the whole experience was great. you know, considering what it is ?”

“I’ve been using this lab to test products for three years. They are thorough, diligent, and knowledgeable. Their testing process is efficient. I’ve dropped samples off and received results within a couple of days. The staff is always welcoming and kind.”
“The staff here was very kind to me when my sample drop off was messed up due to an oversight by my Dr. Pro tip: if you're dropping off a sample, use the "medical professional" log in on the tablet. Otherwise the waits for walk ins are long. They would probably be mad though if you used for a blood draw/urine sample. I would also recommend masking...small waiting room with bad ventilation. One star off for wait times and having to bend the rules to get a sensible drop-off wait time, plus having to pay $5/hr for parking.”

“Dr. Lee is a kind and attentive doctor.Always calling the next day with the results of the tests, answering all the questions. He and his assistant Alyssa is a great team. In fact , the only ones - of all other doctors- my blood pressure would not go " white gown crazy high ". Very positive energy!Nice receptionists too! I never have to wait in line.”

“Im not really one to write reviews but this was the best experience I’ve had at a Quest. I think I spent more time waiting for the elevator than in their office. Check in was easy, the 2 women in the back were friendly and discreet, and the blood draw was nearly painless. I came in 5 minutes before my appointment time and left with 2 minutes to spare! I’ll definitely pick this quest moving forward.”

“I came here to obtain a PCR test for travel and had a really pleasant experience. The woman who answered the phone most times (I believe her name was Ellen?) was so helpful and kind. The testing itself was seamless and I had my results within two hours or so. If I need to travel again I’ll most certainly be coming back.”
