My partner and I purchased our wedding bands at Lux Bond & Green, Wellesley. We also had my engagement ring (a family piece) reset. Throughout the entire process Nancy and her team were so solicitous, knowledgeable and friendly! I imagine that at some places this might feel like an intimidating process - at no time did we feel uncomfortable or pressured - every conversation was about helping us to figure out what we wanted/what would be best for us. Nancy and her team made us feel right at home as we picked out what will arguably be the most important jewelry of our lives. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

Today I needed an adjustment on my watch. Adrian was very helpful and friendly on the phone and invited me to come in. Then she expertly worked on the needed adjustment which came out perfect. I offered to pay for the service but Adrian said it was not necessary. This store is a real gem in the Wellesley community.

I recommend Lux Bond & Green in Wellesley MA for a great selection of jewelry to purchase and for an amazing repair service headed up by Adrienne. They are willing to accept vintage jewels and always offer honest, straight forward opinions on what repairs are feasible.

I needed a watch bracelet sized and was told by another local jeweler that I would need to drop it off for two weeks. Then I thought to call Lux Bond & Green, and they told me they could do it while I waited. I headed right over, and they did a wonderful job. Got the fit exactly how I wanted it and treated me extremely well. Even gave me some nice tips about caring for my watch. To my surprise, they wouldn't even accept payment. Really nice folks. Will be sure to pay them a visit next time I'm shopping for something they carry!

I had a great experience at the Wellesley location working with Dawn to purchase an engagement ring. She was attentive, knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or requests I had. It was an easy choice to return to purchase both our wedding bands. I would highly recommend this store.

Dawn is amazing! We looked at wedding bands with her and both found something we loved that day and in our price range. We never felt pressured to buy anything. We left to think about it and then ordered the rings that week! They came in pretty quickly and then we just picked them up! They’re perfect and we only had to visit one place. Dawn made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend Lux Bond and Green Wellesley whether you’re just looking or ready to purchase!

I stopped by to have a Rolex watch adjusted, they at one time were an authorized Rolex dealer. But they neglected to tell me they were no longer a Rolex Dealer. They took the watch played with it and then handed it back. Completely damaged the stainless steel band refused to repair the watch. Stay away!
