“My fiancé and I are in town for our friend’s wedding and part of the festivities were held the Craft Beer Cellar the night before the wedding as a chance for everyone to get together and have some beer and food and catch up with old friends. Our experience was incredible. This venue is beautiful and comfortable, extremely warm and welcoming. The food was excellent and the beer selection was top notch. But by far the aspect of the evening that impressed me more than anything was the young man assigned to the room, Charles. We have worked in the restaurant and catering industry for a long time and to say that he did a good job would be an understatement. From the minute we stepped through the door we were greeted by his genuine smile and welcoming attitude. There was a big crowd but he handled it effortlessly and with a cordiality and professionalism that is rare. I don’t write a lot of reviews but felt compelled to after receiving such amazing service. Unfortunately, I don’t make it to this area very often, but next time I do, the Craft Beer Cellar will be on the list of places to visit simply because of the fabulous experience we had last night.”

“Best wine shop in the metro West. Bob Harkey is second to none in wine IQ. Most importantly, he teaches you about wine in a friendly style. From beginner to expert, he meets you where you're at in wine knowledge to help you find the wine you're looking for. (I know this reads like a planted review, but it isn't - honest! Just a long time customer)”

“My family has been shopping at Berman's for over 50 years. Joel sets a very high bar for wine and liquor excellence. His staff is both caring and quite knowledgable. You can enjoy an intimate atmosphere for Saturday wine tastings or just a casual stroll downs the aisles showing helpful descriptions of wine and their respective ratings. Surprisingly, Berman's has GREAT wine values and terrific wine (and beer) that won't cost you a fortune. My neighbor and I both drive 30 minutes to come here because it's so good. I've always trusted Berman's advice and honesty. It's the kind of store that serves as a model for how merchants should conduct business. Highly recommend!”

“Quality wine not big names. Wide variety of wine including rare grapes and areas. Spirits section has few big names, but quality is great. Microbrew selection is impressive.”

“Wow--If I could give 10 stars, I would! I wanted to do an original thank you gift for someone who worked a miracle for my very ill daughter, and I recalled an exceptional tasting experience at Chateaux Guirard in France that paired their Sauternes with beluga caviar that I wanted to recreate that for my friend. I called over a dozen high-end wine and food distibutors and couldn't find anyone who could curate this pairing (with one very perishable element) until I tried Spirited Gourmet. From my first interaction, I was impressed. They quickly verified that they could obtain the wine and then, while beluga is no longer available in the USA, they found the closest variant (Kaluga) and then interacted patiently with the recipients who were doing quite a bit of traveling. The General Manager, Laura Maloney, has set the bar extremely high for excellence--she even wrote out my thank you note in cursive to add to the package. Brava!”

“I really enjoy shopping at the Cork and Board. They have a wonderful selection of unique wines as well as beer, local bread, cheese, snacks and gifts too. The owner, Ryan, is great. It is my go-to spot when I need a bottle of wine for myself or to gift. They also have great tastings (check out the events page on their website). I couldn't recommend this place more!”

“The owner of this establishment is by far one of the coolest people I think I've ever met. He's so kind and so personable, not to mention that they have the craziest amount of wine from all over the place. I started by going to buy once a week but he always changes them up so there's always different stuff. And now he carries hard liquor too, and beer.”

“{New to Holliston!} Cute little shop with an okay selection (we drink IPAs). I'll probably shop around to find somewhere with more robust offerings, but this place seems like it will be good in a pinch.”

“Friendly and helpful staff, that are happy to answer questions and make recommendations about their products. A nice craft beer selection, including a few great Vermont brands that are hard to find locally. I recently visited, having not been in the store for 20 years or more, and found it more open and spacious than I recalled. I will visit more often now.”

“I don't think I've ever gotten a bottle of wine I don't like here. Between them personally tasting every variety in the shop and giving tastes of new ones for customers, you are set up to get something you like at a reasonable price. They are great people to get to know and they consistently recommend good wines to try. *Highly* recommend Medfield Wine Shoppe.”

“Easy to get to with parking and great customer service. I grabbed a bottle of wine and by the time I got to the register the lady recommend grabbing a cold bottle of the same wine in the fridge.”

“Great restaurant for breakfast or lunch! Prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food they're serving. The servers are friendly and accommodating. They were very understanding about my parent who has dementia.... Served her soup as soon as it was ready as requested, brought more hot chocolate as needed and they waved every time my mother waved at them. As my teenaged daughter says: "they know how to serve old people."The food was very good. I had their berry strudel French toast (lots of fresh strawberries and strawberry ricotta cheese on challah French toast) was absolutely delicious - I liked it without syrup. The rest of my party had corned beef hash and eggs, cheeseburger, panini, and lemon chicken rice soup. All was so good, we didn't have any leftovers!Metered street parking only.Handicap access: zero steps (ramped entryway); everything, including large bathrooms, on one level.Wheelchair accessibility: Zero steps (ramped entryway); everything, including large bathrooms, on one level.”

“Dion's just works. My dog likes it too. I used to be a Gordon's regular. I do miss Friday evening wine tastings at the split but Dion's in Nonantum is better in every way.”

“Really good wines, and they get new brands in all the time. The Larkins are all just good people - it's not surprising that they have been in business for such a long time.”

“Excellent place with a good selection. Prices are a little higher but I don't mind because the staff is so friendly and I'd rather support my hometown business versus the big chains.”

“Friendly staff, easy parking, big selection. I only went in hoping to find ginger beer (non-alcoholic) which they had & it was a good one :) but it's a full service liquor store!”

“Never had any issues here and the place is huge with good prices, but I normally stop while running errands mid week in the late mornings. The place is always empty during this time frame, yet I have never been asked if I needed any help by any staff member.”

“Purchased lunch from the Corner Market, Holliston, today; it was our first time trying their food. The pastrami sandwich was the best we've ever had: it was stuffed with lean, shaved, very flavorful pastrami. The extra large slice of sausage, green pepper and onions pizza was delicious. The tiramisu desert was the best we've ever had: light, and very flavorful. To top off the experience, the wait person behind the counter was very friendly and attentive.GM”

“I learn something about Italian wine every time I go here. A very well curated collection of regional Italian wines. We got great recommendations from David for wineries to visit on our last trip to Italy. Get on their email list! The reviews are great reads.”

“Vast impressive selections for your ipa people! They are super helpful! You can put together a variety pack for sampling all the different kinds! Fun and a lucky place to have so close!”

“Excellent selection of domestic, import, and local craft beer. Large variety of wine that I know nothing about. A good wall of whiskey. Fairly small rum section, but some good options for mixing or sipping. Most importantly, accurate and transparent pricing on the shelves for every single bottle or can.”

“Staff is super helpful. Great selection. I would highly recommend here before you cross into Wellesley, it's a dry town! AJ (I think?) is super helpful about picking out just what you're looking for. I'm bad with wine selection and he didn't make me feel bad about it. Great variety. 10/10!”

“Having lived in the area for 5+ years, I just wish I had discovered this store sooner! Deceptively large store with a great selection of products. In particular, a fine selection of bourbon whiskey at very competitive pricing for the area (aside from some of the more recently hyped-up bottles which are priced accordingly). The guys at the counter are also very friendly and more than willing to help you find what you're looking for. Definitely worth the trek from north of route 9!”
