As with the last reviewer, would give them zero stars. In person shopping may be fine, but they are not prepared to serve online and ship orders. Received a damaged console table they charged full price and they did not disclose it was the floor model. Shipping was almost $200 yet they threw it in pieced together cardboard that was falling apart when it arrived. Customer service horrible - they will not answer emails. So, good luck if you order online, have an issue and don't live near Wellesley. They take your money and give you an inferior, damaged, used product.

My girlfriend loves the Farm & Sea candles, I got her two for Christmas. The staff was lovely and I will definitely be back when I’m in town!

Would give them a zero. Have receipts that read no refunds but return for credit within 10 days. Then have a sign at desk which the rude owner or her awful workers will point to saying no refunds if you make it in time. They sit around gossiping while people shop for things you can get at Home Goods at a fraction of the cost. I would rather eat glass than ever go into this port-a-potty. Can’t wait til they close. And I will laugh heartily at their fortune.

Such a fun place to shop! Hostess gifts such as candles, hand soap, etc. and BEAUTIFUL home furnishings. Staff is helpful, professional, and has created some displays/vignettes to help those of us with limited vision to make selection for homes.

They are closed Sundays and quite frankly owe me 90 minutes of time and a quarter tank of gas after wasting part of my Sunday afternoon.

I feel obligated to tell you that if you haven’t been to Laurel Grove, you are really missing out. It is a unique shop with a mix of new and vintage items to satisfy your every desire in many styles of home decor. On top of that, the owners are lovely people. What more could you ask for!? I highly recommend that you stop into one of their two locations at your earliest convenience! ?
