Amazing selection of beautiful and unique dresses and accessories. Personal attention to every detail. Very happy with service and choices.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The owner was so demeaning when working with myself (the bride), my mother, and my mother in law. We could not even share what we envisioned without her talking down and mocking our ideas. Not to mention the prices are outrageous. Do not waste your time.

To respond the owner’s comments: The owner is pretty good at making excuses, hand made doesn’t mean it’s fair price, the owner even doesn’t know the material of the jewelry…Write the comments here just to share our awful experience and hope no one gets ripped off in the future. I would give zero star if I could. Regret that I did not read Yelp reviews first. Picked up the dress today and ended up being so mad, the owner was rudely trying to sale us low quality jewelry with very unfair price, 270 for a piece of very low quality headwear, we realized we got ripped off and wanted to turn if after five minutes out of the store, but the owner said they don’t do any refund.

Prices for alterations are also unreasonable. Write the comments here just to share our awful experience and hope no one gets ripped off in the future. I would give zero star if I could.

My experience at Jacqueline’s was mixed. I found a Mother of the Groom dress and had it altered there. Other than getting an unsolicited critique by Jackie of my “unflattering “reading glasses that weren’t the right shape or color for my face, I was happy.At the same appointment, I asked Jackie and her seamstress to shorten a gown I owned into a midi dress. The conversation was prefaced by my acknowledgment that the dress was not worth an expense or hassle because it was purchased on sale. I explained that if the hemming was too complicated because of existing conditions with a large slit, my preference was to keep it long. I was assured it was a simple hemming. It was not.I picked up the dress for a wedding(after having paid extra to get it rushed)and assumed the hemming was done well and I was good to go to the wedding in a couple of days. When I put on the dress the day before the wedding, it was unwearable. There was no seamstress available until the following day to try to fix it. I needed to buy a new dress for the wedding the next day.In the meantime, the unfinished dress has been bought back to Jackie for fixing. A different seamstress has worked on the dress. It is again ready for pick up with an outstanding balance of $45.00. This amount is a minuscule payment compared to what I’ve already spent at the store. I am objecting to the payment because of the difficulty getting it right when I was told the shortening was not a problem, plus the expense and inconvenience of having to buy a new dress. I believe the insistence on this payment is poor customer service and highly doubt the dress has been properly hemmed because it was seemingly not possible from the onset. Had I been told this from the professional who originally assessed the dress and gave her opinion, I never would’ve had her cut it in the first place.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. The owner double talks you into buying. She is the rudest person I have ever met. She not only double talks you , she talks over you and pressures you to buy. The dress i bought stupidly was $2, 900.00... She wouldn't allow me to have my photo taken in the dress. There are so many things wrong with this woman and shop. No tag in the dresses... I didnt want my dress after 5 minutes of being FORCED into it (and i mean FORCED) and i didnt even have any fitting yet and didn't bring it home...but no returns. So i found the exact dress at 10 other bridal places, (the EXACT dress) for $460.. She must buy them and then jack them up four times over. She is such a SCAM!!!!SCAM, DO NOT GO HERESince this happened I have heard of 5 other people from Wellesley who this happened to.I honestly don't know how this woman can sleep at night.And how can the people working for her, knowing that she does this SCAMMING continue to work for her is beyond me.PS. She doesn't take American Express...otherwise I could have gotten my money back.

I'm giving two stars because ultimately the alterations to my dress were beautiful. However, my experience with the owner Jacqueline was terrible and offensive. She was incredibly rude, pushy and manipulative. When I was unsure about whether I wanted a particular veil she questioned if I could afford it, took it off my head and said she would show it to her next appointment because it would look good on them. When discussing an add on that was being made for me she continued to tell me that if I did it a certain way it would be ugly and make me look too big. I'm striving for body positivity so tried to ignore that as best i couldBut it was clear only her opinion mattered. The last part I'll share is her trying to force me to do steaming with them. I let her know my wedding was out of state and I would be traveling so it made sense to wait. She continued to pressure me and told me the steamer they use would hold in travel. I stood my ground but she continued to share steaming horror stories to change my mind. I should have read the reviews prior to going but I had limited time to get my dress (bought elsewhere) altered. The other staff were nice so I hope they find another place to work.

I recently had the most wonderful experience at Jacqueline's Bridal, and I cannot recommend this bridal dress shop enough! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by their exceptional staff. The level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by everyone at Jacqueline's Bridal was truly outstanding.

Stopped here on my tour of trying to find a bridesmaid dress for my brother's wedding. I went in midweek and walked into a ghost town, nobody but the owner inside. I told her what I was looking for and she insisted on picking out dresses for me. There was one dress that I thought was interesting, and wanted to take a photo to bring back to my family, but she told me no photos as the dresses are all custom designs and I would be buying the sample dress that I was wearing. Weird. I also inquired about Mother of the Bride dresses and was told they started at $800 and up as they were hand beaded. The vibe for the appointment was very strange and I felt like I was put on the spot with decisions. Giving an extra star for unique design, but won't be recommending them to my friends.

Simply, I love this place and Jacqui was key in the selection of my wedding reception dress! She is experienced and friendly, two features that gave confidence to select my dress there. People at my wedding love it and I was extremely happy, feeling beautiful and at the same comfortable. I highly recommend this boutique because has great options for weddings and even other activities! I give her 10 stars! ❤️

I visited this shop with my sister who came up from Florida to buy her wedding dress. I wish we hadn’t come here because the experience was awful.We sat at a small table for the entire appointment. We were not allowed to browse the dress selection, because only Jaqueline may select the dresses for the bride. No touching, no bridal party participation during the consultation, we were told only the bride could give input until she started trying dresses on.You may also not take photos unless you purchase a dress. Beware, they actually have people watching you on the cameras for the entire appointment to make sure you don’t take photos.The dress my sister liked had rhinestones that were falling off so clearly the quality isn’t a perfect as she claims.Shopping for a wedding dress should be a fun, positive experience, but we felt like we were being supervised during class. I would not give her my business even if we found “the dress”.
