I bought a pair of Slippers while I was visiting Boston. Realized I needed a bigger size once getting back to Oregon. They were kind enough to allow me tosend the slippers back and send me the correct size and without the receipt. I will be a returning customer who I visit Boston again. Great quality shoes/slippers and fantastic customer service.

I have never experienced such awful customer service and such rude treatment before.

Worst customer service in my life. I went in to the shop to purchase a gift. The first interaction from the sales person was a nasty "we don't sell men's shoes". The attitude got worse as I tried to explain what I was looking for and my intentions to purchase a gift. I left empty handed as it was clear they weren't interested in my business. Frankly am in awe - this was the most disrespectful disgusting service have ever received. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rude saleswomen full of pretense - they saw I was looking for shoes- I had to like beg to get a size and try things on- when I asked they never had a size avail so I tried other sizes to get a ‘feel’ for what might fit. It was like I didn’t fit the ‘bill’ and my $ didn’t count bc I didn’t look the part. They couldn’t be ‘bothered’ to wait on me. I wouldn’t give them my money if they did. They didn’t even ‘offer’ to order the right size, get my number to call when it would come in, etc. good shoe stores - neighborhood shoe stores that ‘cater’ to this so-called bougie crowd do that sort of thing to help their customers. They copped attitude from beginning to end. You never know ‘who’ you’re waiting on- so don’t be rude. Never underestimate your audience- you showed how very amateur your store and how below average your workers are.

Footstock is my favorite shoe store and is the only place I buy my shoes. I have been shopping here since Elena opened the store 28 years ago and still have my first pair of Paul Green sandals:-). Her employees are knowledgable and helpful. I always leave feeling great about my purchases.

I was looking for something specific. When they didn't have it in my size, instead of just saying that, they tried to sell me shoes in other sizes or colors. When I said Thanks, but not interested, the sales person seemed to develop an attitude. Surprised me.

They understand womens' foot issues, have patiently helped my feet get comfortable, and have reliable, quality brands with style.

Jessica in the Concord store always goes above and beyond. She asks questions about your needs and listens. Her knowledge of fit and recommendations are outstanding. She helps find sale shoes in the upstairs outlet. Appreciate her candor, caring, kindness and consistently going out of her way to accommodate folks. She once met up to deliver needed boots (as a one time favor when had a sick loved one). She makes Footstock a fabulous store. Thank you, Jessica!

The shoes are on the expensive side but are well worth the comfort.

I have shopped at Foot Stock for many years and always had wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable service. I was recently at the Concord store. The shop is not large yet the salespersons managed to ignore me. When I asked to go upstairs to the sale area, I was met with a deep sigh! The woman followed me upstairs, never spoke or asked if she could be of any assistance or guidance. When I had selected my purchase, I was closely followed downstairs and yet no one offered to complete the sale. I had to ask if it was possible to purchase the shoe that I had in hand. Jessica once again seemed annoyed. After so many positive experiences over the years, it is quite sad to see that this is what Foot Stock now represents. I will be searching for another shoe store.
