“I called to order funeral flowers on Wednesday for delivery to PE Murray FH on Friday the 13th.
The woman I spoke with was wonderful, knowledgeable , and so incredibly helpful.
I am a Florist and live on Cape Cod so unfortunately it was impossible with schedule to make the pieces myself. I explained my situation and asked to have a Casket piece and Two coordinating baskets, each with a script on them. I trusted in the design team at your shop to make something beautiful for our Sweet Auntie Jeanne. The flowers exceeded our expectations , everyone remarked on how beautiful they were . We knew they would be the only pieces and wanted them to be stunning. They were!! What an incredible job on all the pieces , each was beautiful, the flowers were fresh and looked wonderful. The funeral director, pulled the stunning roses out after the cemetery service and handed each of a rose to take with us , it was so special . “I just want to give a shout out to Angel at Centerpiece Flower Shop. I have personally seen many beautiful arrangements he has made for a friend of mine, and I have stood in awe of his inspired flower masterpieces at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston's, Art In Bloom event where his 2023 design is featured prominently in this year's program book. His design for 2024 is a marvel! (Picture attached.) Pictures are worth a thousand words. Beauty is of course in the eye of the beholder, but if one is to be so bold as to leave a nasty one-star review of all things flowers, one wonders if a photo of the offending arrangement might not lend a sense of credibility?......or perhaps one's standards are whacked? Lastly, let’s not forget the old saying “working for a florist does not a florist make””

What truly stood out to me, however, was the quality of customer service. Although I could place my order online, there were a few details I preferred to clarify over the phone. The gentleman who answered was warm and accommodating, exuding that characteristic New England professionalism—efficient yet friendly. He was thoughtful and attentive to my concerns, which was meaningful given the personal nature of the occasion for which I was ordering flowers.
After the flowers were delivered, I called again to confirm receipt, even though I had already received an email confirmation. The woman who answered was just as gracious and understanding. She didn't make me feel awkward for double-checking, and her pleasant demeanor only added to the positive impression I had of the shop.
The flowers themselves were stunning—fragrant, vibrant, and elegant. I found their pricing to be quite reasonable, especially given the quality and attention to detail. I chose same-day delivery, and despite the shop sounding busy, they fulfilled my order within 10 hours, adapting seamlessly to my last-minute request.
Overall, Watertown Florist Shop offers excellent customer service, quality products, and a personal touch that reflects the welcoming nature of the Watertown community. It’s an experience that makes me appreciate living in Massachusetts even more.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my wife for Mother's Day through Winston flowers and they did an incredible job fulfilling my order. When I picked up the bouquet, it was packaged wonderfully and looked beautiful. I was very excited to bring it home to my wife. When we got home and my wife opened the box it came in, I immediately noticed that some of the leaves on the arrangement were ripped and some filler stems were wilted. I was immediately disappointed. After spending a significant amount for a floral arrangement I expected absolute perfection and excellence. I reached out to Winston Farms on Instagram, sent them pictures of the bouquet that we received and almost immediately a representative reached back out. They respond to me on a Sunday evening, on Mother's Day. The next morning, Michael a manager from the local shop gave me a call, apologized and assured that we would get a replacement bouquet the same day. My wife received a new bouquet in a couple hours after the conversation. The new arrangement was absolutely perfect. The incredible level of customer service at Winston Flowers is unmatched. Yes, arrangements are more expensive than most places, but you don't just pay for flowers you pay for the experience and the customer service of the company you are working with.
