This CVS has gone rapidly downhill the pharmacy is a mess they lose your prescriptions fill the wrong prescriptions and they are too busy so they transfer your prescriptions to another cvs without telling you. Time to switch!

I live so close to this CVS and I want to use it but it’s consistently disappointed me and my family. We’ve sent dozens of prescriptions here for our family and almost always have an issue. Not filled unless we call, annoyed pharm tech when we do call, sometimes no answer at all, scripts taking multiple days to get filled, my kid’s fluoride tablets always out of stock, long pharmacy lines consistently. One time the tech literally told me they were TWO WEEKS behind on scripts. How is that even possible? My wife also went for her scheduled flu shot and waited for an hour before leaving without getting her shot. The children’s OTC drugs are always out of stock. This location has repeatedly demonstrated poor management to us and we’ll avoid it.

Once again, pharmacy said my drugs were in process told me I could wait 15 minutes I did I guess while, it was a milling around the store in the half an hour I waited. Maybe they call my name couldn't hear them didn't bother to call a second time had to ask why the two people in front of me were served and I hadn't been yet Pretty bad

There's always a reason why my prescription isn't ready and it's a three day ordeal to pick up a prescription that I need every month. I have two children with chronic illnesses, so pretty much every week I'm battling to get my family's prescriptions. Sometimes I wait in line and the person at the window says they don't know how to handle my prescription, can I wait again for someone else? I only go to this cvs because I can walk from my house. Long wait, terrible service, days late on necessary prescriptions, the only thing going for them is the staff is friendly. If you have another option to fill your prescriptions DO NOT USE THIS CVS.

This CVS Pharmacy doesn't care about it's customers. I called b/f arriving and they told me they have the Rx. Arrived and they are not ready. If they cared about their customers, they would pull it and fill while I'm there, but they don't. Because ALL of the pharmacists have to take their lunch break at the same time. How about rotating your lunch, so you can serve your customers. Also, forget about them picking up the phone. I scheduled flu/COVID shots, arrived at appt time, handwritten sign said, "No shots today." Of course they didn't call/text/email me to notify me of the cancellation, even though they have all my contact info. Rx Manager wins cranky-pants of 2023 award. I have to stop getting Rx services from this store. Sooo frustrating.

I went with my two friends went this afternoon, and while we were browsing the intercom started going off. immediatly she approached us very aggressively saying stop messing around or I'm gonna mess with you over and over, and while she was doing this the intercom went off again so it couldnt have been us. Would not go back, terrible experience

I visited this CVS store today and wanted to share that Danielle and Raymond made the difference to me. They were very helpful and offered me the best possible assistance in the store. They are great people and I hope they are recognized by their higher management. Thank you!

Very convenient location. Specific to this store it thatis horribly understaffed while the staff they have is pleasant. Pharmacy seems poorly managed. Communication through the app is unreliable.

My Rx has been processing for 6 days. I’m out of my medication. No one in their pharmacy will answer the phone. This isn’t only an issue at this location. It is a CVS issue and they should be ashamed. If you’re so busy you can’t have someone answer the phone in a timely manner, it’s time to add staff. It would be one thing if this was about some consumer good, but not being responsive to people waiting on prescription medication should border on criminal.

Get it together, hire more people. It’s crazy the Pharmacy is closed for about an hour everyday. And it’s a mess in there half the time. Do better. Hire more employees.

What is happening to CVS? Service used to be great but now I can’t get anyone on the phone. They’ve been “processing” my prescription for five days and now I’m out of my medication. Anyone have a different pharmacy to recommend?!
