A little bit ago I went in with a bunch of coins and had little time to deal with it. They helped me take care of everything and made sure I had everything set up before I went back to school so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Ari and Suba were such a big help!

Ari took it personal when I said that I didn’t want to speak with him on the phone because of his attitude and when I arrived for my appointment next morning and was helped by a lady cashier he jumped in front of her and start interrogating me with unrelated questions. He made me and cashier very uncomfortable and I had to exit the building to avoid the situation and a chance for Ari to start an argument. It was almost sad to me how what looks like 6.4 height large man who can pass for a bodyguard who is supposedly a manager was acting like a teenage girl. I was promised a phone call by someone in charge and never received it.

5/29/21 The pandemic is over (CDC and state governorsay masks no longer required). This branch(185 Linden Street, Wellesley 02482) required a mask of me AND my child. The branch in the next town did not tell us to wear a mask when we went in.

6/4/21. Almost a week after the state lifted its mask mandate this branch required it of myself and my child. Another BOA branch a mile away did not have such a requirement.

Recently went into the branch to see a customer relationship manager about changing my address. However, the lady at the reception (can't remember her name) would not let me see a relationship manager unless I also wanted another credit card. This made me very frustrated - so I can't see anyone unless I open a new account now? I told her I'd like to speak to someone, and she kept insisting I go online and she'd only get someone if I wanted to open a new account, otherwise I can just go online. Very disappointed with this customer service.

Have been here multiple times - to open account, and for multiple other transactions. Everyone had been a huge help each time. Even when I found myself with n urgent need to transfer money, they both walked me through process on the phone and helped me make the best decision about transfer and assisted me with it. That really is what made me write the review because they all employees were incredibly helpful and listened to all my concerns.
