It can get a little loud in the waiting area as multiple service colleagues are talking via phone & in person to customers. However, they are very professional in their conversations.”

“I'll start by saying that I highly recommend Keegan's Automotive for any German car service/repairs. Over the past few years, I've brought my (now older) Porsche and Audi cars for services at this shop. In every case, I've received an honest service appraisal, extraordinarily fair pricing, and exemplary service. I recently brought my A7 to Keegan's for a heater issue which took a lot of diagnostic time to uncover root cause. In the end, the heater core had to be replaced which required non-trivial disassembly of the interior dash components. Following the repair and reassembly, the heat works perfectly, no rattles can be heard, and I could not even notice a fingerprint on the interior of my car! Anyone that knows me is aware that I'm a perfectionist about keeping my cars and Keegan's has exceeded the high bar for this recommendation.”
“Great experience with GPS to replace a clutch on a F56 MINI Cooper. Car had been towed to a different shop (specializing in retail services). Marc spent the time with me on the phone to walk through the repair and provide a much more reasonable quote. I would not have held them to the quote given that they had not put eyes on the car, but the final invoice was consistent. They also worked with us to get the car into the shop before a snow storm essentially storing it until it could be worked on. Repair was done on-time, for the cost quoted, and car works great again. Highly recommend German Performance Service.”

“What can I say about the auto mall, as most of us know auto repairs these days can be costly, they're right up there with medical bills. Then of course there are ones we worry if the repair was even needed in the first place? I'm confident in stating auto mall has my back, great bunch of mechanics that know their stuff. One guy in particular is Chris, he's honest to the point of letting you know exactly what your automobile needs, and if he can make the repair a little less costly for you, he will inform you of avenues you can take to do so. “Vinny and his team are amazing! I brought my car there a few weeks ago after I noticed it was suddenly running very loud.
Even though they had other jobs they were already working on, they took my car in, found the hole in my exhaust and patched it right up. I was in and out of there in under 2 hours and was able to go about my day worry-free. The part that still stuns me is they charged me nothing!! Truly good-hearted people. I highly recommend!”
