Very high prices and really terrible service. First, they ruined my wife’s coat. After assuring they would fix it, they kept it for six weeks, claiming they would fix it - and promising to deliver it on various dates- but never did. I’m pretty sure they just lost it and lied about it. No apology. There are lots of good dry cleaners in and around Wellesley who will treat you far better. Go to one of them instead!

The staff here is always courteous, kind and effective.
I’ve had only wonderful experiences with Melanie - and today she patiently went through several special cases and an enormous volume of clothes, never showing a hint of frustration. Thank you!!!

I took a $400+ king duvet in to be cleaned. Upon picking it up and bringing it home, I realized it wasn't properly going into the duvet cover. My once king size was now the size of a full. It drastically shrunk and no longer fits in the insert or covers my king size bed. I see a lot of clothing go in and out, but BEWARE of anything other than that. Very very disappointing as I had to purchase another one.

The cleaner damaged a custom shower curtain made for a new shower and bath renovation. They admitted the error was theirs to begin with but when we asked for compensation then the problems began. We had to speak with the manager who would not give her name and suggested the damage was our fault. We told her that previously Hollyhad cleaned the shower curtain without damaging it. Well she was not convinced and stayed with we should have know this curtain could not be cleaned. We got no where with this person. She was not going to accept responsibility for the damage and to bad for us. This is not a place you want to take any work. Really, ashame but to blame your customer for a mistake you made is outrageous.

Paying a premium to have expensive clothes destroyed, wasted trips and time for multiple "re-do's", and attitude from the manager. The business was at one time an excellent cleaners; not any more, far from it.
