“I came to Dudley Automotive Services after hearing good reviews from a friend and posts online. I went in and spoke with Ed. He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. “George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”
