Service was great and quick; HOWEVER, beware that even if they don't even take the new phones out of the box and you set them up yourself at home they are going to charge you $39.99 PER PHONE for a "setup and go fee" that is allegedly non-waivable. I understand these stores need to make money but that should come out of Verizon's end, not mine. Just buy straight from Verizon..UPDATE: apparently what I characterized as “great and quick service” really just meant that the girl in store quickly sold me 2 new phones and got me out of the store in a reasonable amount of time. 2 weeks later and I’ve spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon fixing all of the mistakes she made to our wireless plan and the trade-in (which she neglected to process AT ALL).

IF HELL WAS A BUSINESS! Sale's rep Garrett sold me Internet service for my 2 businesses that did not work. After tech support confirmed that service was not accessible in my area it was a nightmare to have the modem/routers returned. It took me 5 months of calling and going to various stores for a shipping label to return the items. The worst part, I received a bill for service I never had and couldn't have it correct because the sale rep recorded my information incorrectly so I was not able to verify my info (but still received bills!). I was told to take the bill to the rep who sold me the service (Garrett) have him call and confirm I am the owner so they could cancel my bill. Walked into an empty store 1.8.24 at 6:40pm to meet Garrett smelling like weed. Asked him to make the call as the online rep mentioned and he explained it was 20 minutes to closing so it was too late! He told me I had to come back on Wednesday! It took me an hour and a half drive from Boston and I have to come back when?! No one was in the store, the store was empty and he just came back in from smoking his car that was sill running. No accountability and no interest in "trying" to fix an issue he created! This experience was a nightmare and still is! By far is the worst customer experience I've ever had period!!!. Webster Businesses Beware! VERIZON PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

My husband and I, longtime AT&T customers recently decided to change carriers - after much research, we decided to go with Verizon - we visited the Verizon store at Worcester Rd, Webster, Ma - upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Verizon sales rep Tyler - Tyler then assisted my husband and I with choosing our new phones, coordinating the transfer of our existing cellphone numbers, contacts apps, contacts and pics to our new phones, and setting up our new plans - one thing that also impressed us was the discount we would receive honoring his military service - towards the end of our visit, Tyler was joined by a new trainee, with Tyler helping the trainee as they navigated the final steps of our transaction - Tyler was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and pleasant throughout our visit - Verizon should be very proud of this young man’s skills.

Garrett at the Webster MA store was amazing. I was in the store for over two hours. I purchased a new Iphone, IWatch, brick, phone case & liquid glass cover. Garrett is so personable, happy and attentive! My visit was a great experience. Will recommend this store to everyone!
