I just want to leave a huge shout out for amazing customer service from Abigail and Bryce from the Verizon store in Webster Ma. I had no texting and they took the time to fix my phone and even call tech support. They are an asset to Verizon for sure.

I had a wonderful experience. The in-store assistant was very helpful, fast, and informative. It was at the end of her shift too but she still was very involved and had a good attitude. She had professional communication skills. I would recommend this store to others because of the pleasant environment and knowledgeable staff!

Sage was AMAZING! He could multi-task, help other customers whilst helping us at the same time, and answer phone calls. We had 6 lines to transfer from another service and was so patient with us. Loved the experience!

An amazing Verizon store. My Daughter was having a problem with her plan so we went in to see if they could help. The team member, Garrett, took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Great experience.
