Chris, Amber any my technician were great! It only took an hour and a half. When I had booked the appointment I was told it would have been in there all day. But I just got an email right after this one that when they inspected my car they found an issue with my differential fluid exchange? And they never told me that when I was there. And I just had the 50,000 mi maintenance so there should be nothing and no issue.

My entire experience with Pro Automotive was excellent from the 1st I walked in. I am from out of state and they were able to work me in, diagnose the problem and even sent photos! The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even gave me a ride to where I was staying because they needed my vehicle for most of the day. Excellent in every way! I wish they were 350 miles south in my neighborhood!!

Got our breaks done and vehicle serviced for a great price. Awesome communication from the staff who genuinely has your best interest at heart. Only place I bring my vehicles.

Great service! My car needed an oil change and the scheduling was easy! Great communication from the front desk to the mechanic. Loved how they text you updates and take picture of progress and what and when it was completed.Had a coupon and decided to give them a try and so far so good! This was my first time using Pro Automotive after not having a regular mechanic for almost a year. I brought my car in for what I thought was a way overdue brake job - turns out it was a much bigger job than that. They were very friendly and communicative - I can't always make phone calls at work since my job is very hands-on, so they communicated with my partner and my mom a lot, but they do send texts with links to photos and videos of what needs work, so I was in the loop the entire time and could collaboratively make informed decisions. They took great care of my nearly 15 year old car and it feels like a totally different vehicle now. I would definitely recommend Pro Automotive to anyone and will use them again in the future for sure.

Hi all. Had stalling issues with my 15 Jeep Patriot. Made an appointment, dropped it off early and the did what I asked to have done. Got it back the next day. Had it for a few minutes and it stalled again. Brought it back and it took a while. They definitely did the right thing and found and fixed the problem. It runs awesome. Shout out to Morgan! I wanted to get mad but her calming presence and knowledge is something special. Would go back to them, hopefully not for a while, and recommend them in a heartbeat.

The crew at Pro Auto is excellent, they are honest, don't push, give you a fair deal and work expediently.I have had numerous things done with these folks and they always deliver top quality service, get as detailed as you need, pictures of everything you need, it's excellent.I can't recommend them enough.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a shop. My engine blew and they not only helped me get a new one they made sure I wasn’t without a vehicle. Morgan and Amber in the office were so kind and helpful. Will definitely be using them again soon.

Morgan the customer service lady was the bomb! I put gasoline in my diesel sprinter and Morgan was so nice didn't feel like such a dumbass after talking to her

Pro was super helpful in helping diagnose my cars problem in the front end. They’re were even kind enough to call and make sure I didn’t have an extended warranty with the manufacturer before doing the work which was really thoughtful. Morgan at the front office was extremely kind and helpful and was able to accommodate my needs when time was limited. Thanks to all at Pro! Highly recommend (my neighbor uses them for both his Mercedes too!)!

The gift and curse of first impressions! Usually, once an impression has been made, it is typically more lasting when said impression is less favorable. However, I believe that if we experience better, then we should report as such. So, I recently revisited this establishment. While mostly out of convenience of proximity, my experience this time was good enough to warrant a re- review. Just like we can have a bad day, that can also be true of merchants/establishments. One anomaly should not outweigh overall consistency. Quality of work aside, which is generally acknowledged as one of the best around in my peer group where Pro Automotive is concerned. As a former hospitality manager who spent 13 years in the industry, I look more heavily on the quality of the customer experience. We teach in hospitality that although you cannot always foresee what will turn a customer/guest off, the service recovery is very much in your control. They have done an outstanding job in my consumer opinion at putting one consumers experience over a few more dollars. This is extremely rare these days! That’s 5 stars any day of the week as far as I’m concerned!! Excellent example of leaving no customer behind!!! Pro Automotive might be my new favorite place for things that ales my office on wheels!

The most honest, straight forward mechanic in Massachusetts. They take pictures of your car parts, the problem spots and estimates right to your cell phone. Electronic reminders when ready with everything in writing. All prices are fair and straight. They went from 1 shop to 3 that’s how good they are. Pro Auto was able to give me a fast assessment with really short notice about a complicated problem. They are really transparent about their work, something that’s quite rare in this industry.Front desk was incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. They do a stellar job being the face of the company, and deserve a raise.
