I only come here for convenience and sales, otherwise they are overpriced and falsely advertise products all the time as having a low price when the price had actually immediately gone higher. A big business shouldn't have to outright lie to make profits.

We went here last Thursday and ordered a cake for an 8 yr olds birthday. We requested a Bruins logo cake and the woman assured us it should not be an issue but if it was they would call us. We were scheduled to pick it up today (Sunday) at 10 am. The party was at 1 pm. We called yesterday (Saturday) just to make sure it was all set and again the person assured us if there was an issue that we would have received a call. WELL, at 9:36 am on Sunday (today) we missed a call from Price Chopper so I called them back immediately within 2 minutes, the girl I spoke to said that they tried to call us no one answered to which I responded, yeah 2 minutes ago. Needless to say they had called us 24 minutes before pick up to inform us they could not make the cake! I have never had such poor experiences as I have before. Every time I come to this store I deal with some sort of non sense! Thank god for Shaw’s in Whittinsville for saving an 8 yr old child’s birthday and coming through with a Bruins cake in an hour time! Never ever again will I go to this store I’ll drive to Super Walmart in North Smithfield before I go here again!

For the past few weeks I've noticed there was no more red baskets that you can carry for convenience so I asked several employees every single employee had a different answer they were all lying basically Price chopper doesn't want to use them no more to make you use the big push carts even just for a couple items I personally I'll drive up the street 5 minutes to market basket it's cheaper and they have carrying baskets thank you Price chopper you lost a great customer you really should tell your employees to tell one story instead of lying..

Absolutely appalled at the response of a group of workers standing together as I asked them if there was any baskets available. They starred and then said no there were stollen. I’m a hard working person as the next it’s 10 pm on a Sunday I just left my closing shift as a manger from across the way and the last thing I want to do is play where is the baskets with your closing employees.

Location is great. Parking can be an issue as this store serves a large area. Inventory is very good. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Store is very clean and employees are helpful.
