I am currently on hold trying to call to cancel my policy since I am unable to leave the house. As of now, I have been waiting on hold for an hour and 10 minutes. Absolutely horrendous customer service, there is no reason it should take over an hour to answer the phone.

I sold a vehicle recently and my premium went up $200 each for the remaining 2 vehicles we have insured through Mapfre. Quotes for the exact policy on the remaining 2 vehicles are 60% of the cost of Mapfre. I've been a long term customer and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I had this insurance for years and I tell you something they have been So good to be.My insurance is excellent .If I need a tow truck they are there for me.Rental car back up plan .They never leave you stranded..Thank u Soo much .Continue your business ☆☆☆☆☆.

Worst customer service EVER. Manager was horrible with communication and combative phone. I have never heard someone speak to a customer the way he did! Would not recommend.

Unbelievable less than 4 months with them I’m already going crazy here charging me for two months altogether with $30 extra charge because of nonpayment even though it was on auto payment.it worked for a month or two and then the third month it didn’t work and instead of sending me emails or letters saying they didn’t work they just charged extra fee and Stop my services. And then I go and pay for the month manually that I owed and they were like no we need you to pay for the next month or we’re not gonna put it back on and I’m like like I am not paying for the next month. I haven’t used it, after a long back and forth with them, they say OK then you have until this day to pay it off. I paid five days before that date and now they are asking for me to pay for the next month or they’re gonna shut it down again. look I was with Liberty for two years. Never had any type of issue never this is absolutely unbelievable crazy crazy you don’t offer auto payment If you’re freaking system does not work with auto payment. And trying to charge me extra month and also extra fees because your system doesn’t work, please!

MAPFRE Insurance has been good to me thank God I haven’t needed to use it but I’ve been told from other brokers that it’s a better deal than they can give me so I’m happy about that. Every time I call them for a question somebody answers the phone or they get back to me ASAP.

I have been with mapfre/AAA for almost 15 yrs. Recently I got a notice of cancellation for homeowners insurance. My house is barely 10 years old and literally still looking good. I called them and asked the reason. They said the underwriter would want our roof replaced because it’s been about 10 years. Ridiculous reason. Roof shingles are usually good for 20 years. I even had cut some big trees around the house last year. I had a roof inspector come and examine the condition early this week. They said our roof looked fine. Now I am in the process of changing my insurance for both home and auto.

I like dealing with my local Maphre agent, they are great and very helpful with everything I need. My elderly mother has them also and they are so great with her I dont know what to do without them.
