They hung up on me twice and then proceeded to just let it ring and kick back multiple times. Would have been cool to order parts but I’m not waiting 24minutes on hold that’s insane.

I was treated poorly and disrespected by a lady saleswoman at the front table!! I went to LKQ to buy a door for my car and wanted more information about the condition of the door. The saleswoman lost her patience and said that the door was no good and that she couldn't show me the photo and that if I wanted to, she would ask the other salesman without any professionalism whatsoever!! She said if I want to see it I have to pay!! **I went with the money in my hand to buy it!! But I didn't buy it due to the seller's lack of professionalism!!

Woman answering phone clearly hates her job, or her life. Maybe both. Was rude from the start. Answered phone with a loud sigh and then proceeded to ask me "What I wanted" with an attitude. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, her behavior is unacceptable. On top of that they wanted $100.00 for the same used tire I paid $20.00 for somewhere else a week earlier.

85 year old Dad just tried to call for rims for his truck and the woman in the phone couldn't have been any ruder. No thanks!

Needed a new rim for an older Jeep. They found one and had it shipped in under a week. The product was as advertised and the price was fair. This business is very easy to deal with even if you're not exactly a car expert.

My 15 year relationship as a customer with LKQ ended last week with an entirely preventable issue, that nobody cared to address. Of course mistakes happen, but it is how a company responds to their error that matters. Even a thoughtful and constructive email to the sales manager was ignored. No decency to reply? Goodbye, LKQ, you're too big to care any more. I miss Route 16 Auto Parts.
