Jack and his son where awesome. They sold me a refurbished washer and dryer. They delivered and hooked everything up and even took the old washer and dryer. Smooth transaction. I will go back for future needs.

What a great experience. I walked into the shop to buy a new dryer . The owner said, I will follow you to your home and fix it right now. He did just that!!! Saved me at least 300 bucks. Highly recommend this local store. I will never go elsewhere..

JAMAC and Jack is simply the best. I was waiting on a part for my washer from a local competitor for six weeks, when I finally decided enough was enough. At 4PM, I was on my way, blindly searching for a new washer/dryer combination, presuming I'd never get the part, when I stopped into JAMAC, expressed my frustration to Jack, who although could have easily sell me a new combination, offered to come to my residence and look at my washer in 30 minutes as it was almost closing time for his business.Long story short, Jack repaired my washer in one hour, as he had the part in his truck, a standard common part mind you, when he could have just as easily sell me a new washer, for which I was willing to pay.Honest brokers are few and far between these days. I will go to JAMAC and Jack for all my future appliance needs. I recommend this business and owner without reservation.

It's been over 5 months we booked an appointment with owner. We are still waiting, no call backs or follow up, so not interested in trying again. We were told the visit would be $60, which was not a problem, however not sure what the service could of end up as. Dissatisfied customer.

I needed some parts to repair an older Kitchen Aid washing machine. The owner was so helpful. I had brought the agitator with me thinking I may need additional parts since this washer 30+ years old. He checked the parts over and sold me only the parts I needed. Nice to see an honest person still in business.

My washing machine started making a horrible sound on the spin cycle and then my dryer would not work. I called this service and he came at 8:30 the next morning. He was able to fix both machines in a very short period of time and charged me much less than I expected. This is now my go-to appliance repair guy.

I’ve always gone to the big box stores for my appliance needs. Never again. JAMAC in Webster is the best and the only place I will ever go. We needed a new dryer. Went in a spoke to the owner Jack who explained the different models available to us. Very honest and straight forward. I wasn’t sure if I should get a new washer also seeing as it’s old as well. He said if it’s not broken, keep it, I’ll be here in the future if you need me. The price was the price and there weren’t all of these additional costs for set up, extra parts, removal, etc. Had a new dryer delivered, installed and the old one removed with in an hour after I left the store. You really can’t find this kind of service anywhere anymore. We could not have had better service. We are thrilled with the experience and our purchase. Thank you Jack!
