Made a reservation (days in advance) to get my oil changed and when I get there, I get told that there’s no mechanics that are working and they are only doing inspections. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE ME MAKE A RESERVATION AND NOONE BE THERE TO DO IT!!!! This place is a joke this isn’t the first time this is happened and I will no longer be a customer there. That place is a joke!

This place is trash and very unprofessional, I only go here for my car inspection, I bought my car august last year and brought it to them to get it inspected passed fine, I go bring it again, mind you I haven’t done anything to the car, the little short stubby guy that’s always there wants to say he has to fail my car for tints and on top of that he broke my gas cap i don’t know how but didn’t say anything and I didn’t find out till 2 days later that I go to put gas smh for inspection and car work I would stay away from these guys.

Absolutely terrible. Came here for a vehicle inspection and was told it failed. I got my car re-inspected and looked at by 2 different shops the same day (within 2 hours) and it passed immediately both times. I asked for a refund and got told it wasn’t his problem. Would not recommend and believe they’re scamming

The cat wash doesn’t give change. I paid 18 for a wash and the car is still filthy. Don’t waste your money or time . They also don’t give change and kept my two bucks. Ugh

Went to get a sticker it was quick and easy! Also asked Nick when he was done to fill the gas up and he did! Very quick with services and extremely friendly!

Elderly friend denied registration sticker due to window tint. She asked them to remove the tint. They removed 10 percent around the edges sent her on her way with a razor blade. Un fricken believable.

Be VERY careful when allowing them to put gas into your tank at the full service pump. If you ask for a certain amount they pretend to have “misheard” you and accidentally put in too much gas, then make you pay for their mistake. It’s a disgusting business practice. If they make the mistake they should pay for it. I would not waste your money here at all. There are plenty of places in Webster to get gas that are actually honest. And trust me I am NOT the only person this has happened to. A recent post on Facebook has revealed this place does this ALOT! Scamming Scum….
