Good experience in the past but frustrating experience last visit. I was leaking brake fluid, and needed a snow tire changeover. I waited there for the car. After awhile I was told the metal brake lines were rotted, one leaking but I should replace both. Sounded reasonable. Also told brakes were “rusty” but when I asked he said they’re safe for now. They advised I wait at home as it would take a few hours so I accepted a ride and after about an hour and a half they called and said it was done, and they picked me up. The charge was about $425 which seemed high but at least it was fixed. Invoice included no charge for the tire changeover, but I figured they had wheels off anyway and decided not to charge that. Then I got home and saw that the snows were still on the car. Had to go back the next day. Came in and was told “we’ll take care of you” which to me meant sorry you had to come back, we’ll do it free. Tech forgot to use the lugs in a box inside one wheel, had to rebolt wheels. When ready, desk guy starts punching keys on computer. I said I understood it would be free. He shrugged and said “I gotta pay my guy”. Not one to argue, I said ok. He says it’s $125. I said it’s a rotation, it should only be $25 or so. He apologized and claimed he entered it wrong, made it $32. Then he said tech found that my brakes are “worn out” and I have a bad wheel bearing; estimated cost north of $1K. So, I just brought car to my other shop in Oxford (very honest and transparent) to look at these items; they said they found no wheel bearing issues and though brakes are rusty they’re not badly worn and work ok. Bottom line, everyone there seems very nice but they seem a little disorganized at best, or at worst trying to sell folks on extra work that isn’t necessary.

Normally I would give 5 stars, the staff had always given their all into helping me out and giving the best service. My last experience is with the tech I never even got to talk to. I had my truck towed in because it wouldn't start, if it started it would stall out. The tech said it was an issue with my key and to take it to the dealership. The girl at the front desk went out with me and started it, when she took her for of the gas it stopped again. She was wonderful, and said it sounded like a fuel pump issue. So long story short, I took it to the dealership and low and behold it was a fuel pump issue, give the girl a raise. I give those ladies credit. They were both wonderful in helping me as much as they did.

Terrific place to take your vehicle. Matte is a first rate person, along with being a first rate technician. Always helpful and knowledgeable with issues. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brought my new truck in for new tires and they ” lost “ my wheel locks key .. came back the next day to ask about it again and nobody “ found “ it .. offered to buy me an aftermarket set and grinding my current locks off my new wheels … GRINDING Off.. and giving me aftermarket ones … very very unprofessional …I’m now dealing with corporate and they are also giving the the run around for something that was out of my control and all in Webster, ma Goodyears workers hands…Things have changed .. what happened to people and stores being accountable for their wrong doings? It’s okay for them to mess up and not pay for the screw up.. switch the roles and they would be sending you to collections .. if this don’t get resolved soon, I will be reaching out to some lawyers and seeing what the next best approach would be to get their mess ups resolved

Good service. Had an issue with the work done and the woman manager went above and beyond to fix it. In the end, no harm no foul and I left knowing I will be coming back. Mistakes happen, most places try and deny it or sweep it under the rug. Honesty is important when it comes to deciding where I spend my money.

Goodyear does not take ownership if something is not correct! I had new tires installed on my Explorer and my wife's Expedition EL XLT. Within a week I noticed my wife's front tires were wearing on the outside edge. I brought it back and they said it was fine and it was normal wear. A couple of months later I brought it back again as it continued to wear and they again said it was normal. I brought it to a mechanic to inspect and they told me the alignment was out and that the inside of the back tires were wearing as well. I brought it back to Goodyear and they inspected the car and said a rear passenger strut was leaking and caused all four tires to wear. They also gave me a $7k quote to fix this issue. I brought it to another local mechanic and showed them the quote. They inspected my car, said nothing was wrong with my strut, stated that a strut would not cause wear on all four tires, gave me an alignment and the wearing immediately stopped getting worse. If Goodyear had taken ownership of the situation right away I would not have four new tires that are completely shot. I brought the vehicle to two independent mechanics to resolve a bad alignment. Goodyear tried to tell me it would cost $7k in suspension adjustments when an independent said that I had no issues with the strut and that Goodyear didn't do their job right for this size vehicle. I do not recommend them. They may be okay if you have no issues, but if you do, they will not be accountable for their work.

Went in because I was loosing air in one of my tires told me the tire couldn't be fixed it had a nail in the sidewall bought a new one I decided I wanted to see the tire only to find a tack size nail on the bottomYes I got screwed
