STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I went to the BP station. for an inspection and was told I needed a wheel bearing replaced in order to pass inpsection. The person said it would be $300 to fix it, and we could bring the car in the next day to get the work done. We were there at 8am (as requested), told him we would need the car at noon. We we called at 11:30 and the owner said the car would be done at noon. We arrived a little after noon and the car was on the lift with the wheel off. They finished around 12:45, put the inspection sticker on and my son drives the car to work. I got a call about 3 minutes later and the car was shaking aggressively when he went over 40mph. I had my son call to tell the owner what was happening and it was agreed to bring the car back in the next day at 8 (again needed it by noon). The car sat un-touched (no phone call from them-nor could we reach them because they didn't answer the phone). We had to leave without getting an understanding of what was going on with the car. The following day, I brought the car back, I spoke with the mechanic, he put the car up on the jack and proceeded to tell me that now the ball joint for the control arm was bad. I told them that they must have broken it, because there wasn't a problem before we brought the car to them. Their answer is "sometimes" other things get broken in the process of fixing another thing". Given that they weren't going to take responsibility for the issue. I brought the car to another mechanic that I trust. When my mechanic pulled the wheel off the first thing he noticed was that two of the lug nuts were finger tight, the other 3 offered only light resistance to his impact gun. The second thing he noticed was that they had put the hub on incorrectly, (see picture- the screws are supposed to be in the recessed screw holes which requires that they put the hub on 1/4 turn in either direction. Because they didn't do that the surface they were trying to mount the wheel was not flat) which turns out to be the reason the car was shaking. Putting The third thing he noticed was that if they in fact replaced the wheel bearing they did so without removing the bolts and parts necesary to do what they said they did.

Do not go here for inspections. They will lie and fail you for a wiper blade or some other ridiculous thing. Then you can take it elsewhere IMMEDIATELY and you will pass with no issues. Its as simple as them just trying to make a buck by trying to screw the customer in whatever way possible. They jack prices, they lie, they steal customers money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you go and fail for inspection, go elsewhere, then report it to the state. Don't waste your time or money.

Worse customer service I ever had. No cars waiting for inspection and yet had to wait for an hour to be served. To end up with a reject sticker for having the original tow hitch on rear bumper. Then come back to get inspection and had me waiting for another hour to give me my inspection.

Failed my car upon inspection. Tried to get me to pay for brakes on a car with 20,000 miles on it. Took my car to another station 20 minutes later and passed. Went back for an explanation after passing and was screamed at by the manager and the owner Bob. I left there in tears and out 35.00 for another inspection sticker.

I went in for a simple oil and filter change. They had a price on a sign outside of $19.90They had two prices inside of $21.90 and $35.00 They charged me $45.00 for the job. I am so angry and will notify the attorney general's office and better business bureau of deceptive business practices

Went in for an inspection and failed for breaks and exhausted leak so i fixed everything that was wrong and and went back only to be failed again. This time magically in the span of a month and a half i fail for tires, whipers, exhaust (that was just replaced). In the time of the first inspection i did not drive the vehicle so how is it failing with all these so called issues now but not the first time??? It makes no sense to me what so ever so i brought it to the guy i usually go to and he went through everything and told me there is no issues and everything is passing. This location will screw you i seen them stomping the gas pedal for 15 seconds at a time making it sound as if my vehicle was going to explode. I will never use them again and i advise you do the same!!!
